This was the McDonalds in Shippensburg Pa. Terrible service...the ice employees at the front were indifferent and unhelpful. Before I could finish placing my order myself on the kiosk, I needed a table tent number. There were none at either kiosk. I asked at the counter if I could get one there and I got a silent head nod. Ice maker was out of ice, there was a mess all over the self service soda area, and when I asked at the front for salt and ketchup I was told we are out of salt and then asked how many ketchups I needed. The lack of interest in doing anything was obvious. I really don't understand what they are getting paid for since you basically do everything yourself. The fries were cold and my order was wrong. Glad we were just passing thru and that isn't local for us.

Drive thru is a long wait every time. No matter if you use the mobile app to order in advance, or ordering a simple meal you will always be asked to park and wait more than 5 usually ten mins for your food.

i waited 20 minutes for my food while being inside when i went to the counter everyone ignored me and walked away, they cared more about drive through then the people inside. i will never stop at this mcdonald’s again. i also got mcflurry and the never mixed in the ice cream with the oreos.

Last week i was told by a manager when i called in that i could come in and they would remake my order that was messed up when i came in today i was refused until i showed manager phone call proof ( what happened to customers always right?) Manager was very rude about the whole process as if the meal comes out of her own pocket as a former manager myself her actions towards a paying costumer were absurd and unprofessional.

My kids happy meals were unsealed, the nuggets were rotten and fries were old . Their drinks were incorrect also. And staff was rude.
