I’m a regular at this location and thought I’d boost a partner! Emma is THE BEST! She is always the one who will go out of her way to greet my partner and I and give us great service. As a former Starbucks SS, I understand the amount of pressure everyone who works there gets from all levels of management. Between being understaffed most days, being forced to write on cups (I also agree this is ridiculous) taking away time to do actual tasks, it gets rough. But Emma is always the one to keep her head up and have a friendly interaction. Thank you Emma for being awesome!

I rarely visit this place however services and drink is horrible then I expect. I order large ice chai and even pay for large too but they gave me small and I return it however they take it and put lots of ice and return it to large cup. And the taste was like water, way too much ice

I've rarely bought things at this location, but I ordered a falafal pocket (which doesn't have cheese or dairy). I received the Jalepeño chicken pocket which has dairy in it. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the issue until after leaving. I'm just glad I will not have anaphylaxis from the mistake. It did take amazing though!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks a girl named Nicole took my order and was very rude when handed my drink and food didn’t even let me let her know that I needed the receipt just closed the window on me. The food was good but the service was just horrible

I got a mint mocha, excellent.

This is my favorite Starbucks. Drinks are always prompt. The team is always friendly.

Delicious coffee and I got extremely nice service by Emma keep it up I would come back to Pennsylvania only for the service I got by you guys?????

I placed a mobile order for pickup and it said it was ready. I didn’t find out that they did not have the product until I drove over there wasting gas. .

Ordered on mobile app, was told to pull into a spot and my drinks would be brought out….. after 8 minutes I walk inside and after finally being acknowledged I’m told I wasn’t sitting in my own car ?‍♂️ oddly enough the window was down my ac was on and my dash camera doesn’t show any employee walking out with drinks…..

Drinks & food are good but overpriced.
The ciabatta pesto turkey is delicious but very small for the price.
Also the last visit, there was only turkey on 1/3 of the sandwich. Not even half. It was very disappointing because I only come here as a treat to myself, only 1-2 times a year.

I never go to Starbucks but my daughter has been asking to go. We were in Shippensburg to do some shopping at five below and Marshall's, so I thought why not. My daughter was so happy and surprised.I thought I would try the Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte. I told the guy "ICED" three times and he kept saying that Iced and Cold Brew were different. I said yep they are.He gave my daughter her refresher, and then gave me my drink.IT WAS A HOT LAVENDER OATMILK LATTE!!!Needless to say we will not be returning. I understand mistakes happen, and newer people struggle ( not sure if he was new or not), but if I tell you Iced THREE times, and receive a hot drink then there is a problem.
