How dare you charge $25 to get your w2. I did speak to my lawyer. We’ll be suing you if my nephew doesn’t get his w2! You legally have to provide him with a free copy. Call your attorney before you start this battle over w2’s.

It is obvious that this store has a SERIOUS management problem. I have often visited Subways in other cities and am very pleased with the chain. But it seems this store forgot to read the franchisee handbook. Corporate shpuld really look into this sham operation. So now for my two cents:
Ordered online for pickup an hour later. Got to the store after receiving email stating it's time to pickup. Order was not even started. After being told, "Can't you see how busy we are?" by a very snotty associate, took order home (fifteen minutes after arriving for pickup). Cheesesteak was cold!!! Not just room temp.....ice cold meat and cheese!. After contact by manager next day who stated that cold was the normal way to serve a cheesesteak (WHAT?!), and they only heat them if the customer asks(?!?!?!), I just gave up. There's far better places who deserve my patronage!

Placed my order online at 3:00pm 11/05/2024
Was to be ready at 3:30 well it’s now 4:13 and I’m just now leaving with my food so the initial half an hour wait and then almost a 45 minute wait after that . None of which is the ONE person on duty’s falt other then maybe trying to complete our order in between others orders . Majorly at fault wouor be whoever only scheduled one person for that time being . And if there was a supervisor on sight shame on them for not stepping out to help . We will no longer be returning to this location

Update: pretty positive they didn’t toast our subs as they’re cold what a waste of $40

the lettuce was brown and the spinach was rotten looking, the customer to me was nice ,but the discussion I witnessed wasn't too friendly

I’ve been here several times. The staffs are always unfriendly. Only come here bc there’re simply not many other choices when you need a sandwich or something to go. Wish there’s somewhere else doesn’t always ruin your day.

Honestly If I could give a zero star rating I would.

I came in tonight for a pickup order, it was very busy and the order wasn't on the shelf. So I stood to the side, out of the way of any other customers or employees to wait for the order.

After about 2 minutes of me waiting, literally minding my own business, the manager on duty yelled down at me from where she was making sandwiches, in a very loud and condescending manner. Telling me that if I was waiting for a mobile order it would be on the shelf and to sit down... When I tried to ask about my order she said I'm busy I have no idea and again, told me to sit down.

Meanwhile a nice employee told me my order would be done in a few seconds.

While I'm continuing to wait a man stands up from a table across from her, angrily making her subs, and tries to ask about his order he's been waiting on.. she uses the same condescending tone to address this customer and tell him to sit back down.

When I got my order I asked the employee why the manager was such a b!tch and she informed me that there was a call off that day which apparently sent said manager into whatever spiral she was in.

I'm an understanding person, but I ALWAYS do my best to treat people with kindness. The way she spoke was honestly appalling to think that she's the manager and speaks to customers like that? Id hate to hear how she treats the employees.

I will note that I've never had a problem at this location before my interaction with her...

Took a group of students in here and the Subway crew did amazing with getting us thru fast and the food was GREAT as usual!!!!!!

I was expecting a quick meal, but I was disappointed. Despite being the only customer in the place, it took 30 minutes to order. They couldn't even toast my sub. They need a better staff. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

the people behind the counter especially the heavy set one with the bandana .I walked in there was one customer in front of me so I waited as I was next or so I thought , then this horribly trained person said she needed to do an online order 1st which was 6 sandwiches or more.no Im sorry nothing but that petulant face and bad attitude.I will never go in there again as this place needs a staff that actually has some manners
