Arguably the worst service and food quality I've had at Taco Bell. My crunchwrap supreme was not even sealed, and my hard tacos were cracked in multiple pieces upon opening the bag. I ordered one of the box meals and it came out in a bag, strange normally it comes in a box everywhere else

Went through drive-through. No one responded. Sat there for approximately 10 min. Said hello 2 times. Asked if anyone there? Even blew horn. Went inside. 3 young adults all at counter socializing. I asked if anyone was working the window. Young man told me twice if I didn't trip the sensor, they wouldn't know I was there. I ordered the Crunch Wrap Supreme and the final insult was there was only one spot of meat in a corner of the wrap and it wasn't wrapped completely therefore the fillings fell out. The young man at the counter was very unfriendly. I have been waited on previous times by this same person and he has always been unfriendly. I will not frequent This Taco Bell again.

They have a problem with their ice dispenser, it leaks and when you get a soda beside it it drips all over your hand. I've told them about it a year ago but it still hasn't gotten fixed. Other than that it's pretty good.

We ordered two steak grilled burritos a combo with a drink And instead we got no fries not enough sauce (even tho we asked for it) n two burritos with beans or something gross

Todat I went through the drive thru and have never encountered such a rude employee in any drive thru! This young lade was rude to me while I gave my order and was even worse when I got to the window. I have a lot of patience with young people and how they do their jobs because it is a learning experience, but you can tell this girl is naturally rude! I tried to call them on my way home to complain but nobody picked up. It's been a few hours and I'm still very annoyed with her attitude! And she was on her phone through the ordeal. Won't be back.

EVERYTIME we come here, they are out of something we want to order. Normally they are out of crispy chicken. Tonight at 730 on a Friday, they claim to be out of all chicken. How does KFC run out of chicken??? I can see possibly wing out of a specific kind of kind such as legs or wings etc, but all chicken? What a joke. Last time we’ll be eating here! I guess I should say TRYING to eat here.

It's fast and clean. You know what they have for food here. The rating reflects that they've done the best given what they serve. If you want 5 star gourmet tacos then fly to LA or Miami.

Ok i got a couple of problems. 1 look at this pic where is my food? 2 they don't do any of kfc or toco bell specials. And I ordered a box meal that on the TV is a 7$ box meal that I paid 12$ for and no box tossed in the bag wrappers was open. Don't go here. I am very unhappy. I will be putting g this on other social platforms.
