We have been here twice. Once just for drinks and to see live music, and this occasion for dinner on a Monday evening in September. Both times we sat outside on the patio.
The restaurant is part of the hotel but of course you don’t have to be staying here to come to the grill.
Our server this night was a young college student. He was friendly and attentive. We ordered drinks and then our meals. The drinks were good. I had a peach lemonade. I had the dill pickle chicken sandwich for dinner. I don’t eat a lot of sandwiches really but this sounded good to me and it really was. Their chips are good too. I only had a bite of the Baja chicken panini and the flavor on that was good.
The outdoor patio is nice and when they have live music is sounds great.
Prices were comparable with everywhere else we go locally.
Since this is a hotel there is a parking lot behind the building but there is also street parking out front. We parked maybe a block away - it’s not a bad walk.
Overall we had a good time both times we have been here.

This location is smust stop for me if I am traveling anywhere near Pennsylvania. Sounds extreme to say that but seriously, I've never been anywhere that is so relaxed im tempted to move to Shippensburg... The vibe is kinda swanky and nostalgic and the food is so flavorful. I ate the coconut shrimp, oak barrel steak, crab cakes, orange thia salad. The bloody Mary is made with a bacon strip and served by my favorite bartender and probably favorite person Madison.
Everything here is sweet, warm and inviting.

The last time we were there, the server told us that they would be changing the menu. No biggie we thought. We were wrong!
It wasn’t as much the price of the dishes, though they were very expensive, it was the selection. Then when we got our meals, it was the quality of food that had really went downhill and was very disappointing.
Our first clue should’ve been that both dining rooms were completely empty and only one party came in after us of three people. The other area wasn’t even as busy as normal.
Hubby‘s food came out and it was completely the wrong dish than he ordered. My friend and I ordered basically the same thing and they didn’t look alike at all.
Since Shipp is a university town with a lot of activities, and not many food choices, I’m sure the restaurant will still do great … it’s just sad to see the “not so great” changes.

Fabulous meal. We chose this restaurant to try something new, and this place did not disappoint. I had the Ahi Tuna which was utterly amazing to say the least, and my spouse had the Prime Rib Panini, which she loved. Plate presentation was beautiful, the restaurant atmosphere was relaxing, and the waitstaff was warm and friendly. We will definitely be returning to try the other menu items.

Love love love this place- ugrille is my go to for a good mean and great time. They have live music sometimes and fun trivia nights. They run great specials and their ahi tuna is my favorite ? it would be my last meal lol
