If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Wendy’s is a DRIVE THRU. I’ve gotten breakfast there multiple times and no one else in the line, and would be asked to pull around the building to wait for my food. Today I was asked to pull around to wait for my food again whenever they already asked the car infront of me to pull around the building as well. All I order was the Biggie bag meal. They refused my service and gave me my money back because I refused to go around the building and wait. This Wendy’s location is a joke! Only one window ever open. Everytime you go up to the speaker to order you are always asked to wait then they take your order after waiting 2-3 minutes. Now the new thing is them asking you to pull around the building and wait. How is it far if the person infront of me and then me have to pull around and wait but yet the lady behind me gets her food?? Refuse to go to Wendy’s anymore. I was a loyal customer even after having to wait before. But now you wanna give me my money back and refuse my service! Skip waiting 30 minutes for your food and go to a site down restaurant. Probably will get it faster than sitting and wasting your gas at this Wendy’s. Colbin needs fired! 6/3/25 around 11:55AM. He is rude and unprofessional. As well as

Waited in line for a very long time, then was told to pull around front and someone would bring my food out just to wait even longer. Finally got my food after 25 minutes and everything was cold. To make matters worse they didn't put the lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles on my sandwiches as I asked for.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Every time I go here the drive through is packed and not moving, so after waiting a while I go inside. Then I get ignored inside, standing at the register for way too long while the employees just ignore me. Then eventually I just give up and go to McDonald's, because the only reason I'm getting fast food in the first place is because I'm on a busy schedule and can't go home.

My husband got us meals on Sunday night, it was the worst meal ever ! The burgers were not cooked through, still red, not pink, RED !! We didn’t even get the fries we paid for !! I can’t believe it cost $38.00 dollars, total waste of money !!!

Lexi the cashier or drive thru person was very rude. I went through the drive though and noticed there wasn’t a straw. When I asked for one I received a heavy eye roll. Never spoke to her any kind of way. The other person that gave me my food was more pleasant - she never said a word actually. Which I would take that over an eye roll. Just weird behavior.

We went thru drive thru and seemed very busy after getting home realized we were missing things called the manager on duty sabastion....who was very polite and professional offered to fix problem right away or our next visit and I'll be happy to eat at this Wendy's again

Food was cold and tasteless. Waited to long to get it. More worried about the drive thru than walk-ins. I've eaten here several times and it was great. Don't know what happened this time. Also waited 10 minutes just to give someone our order.

Normally I love Wendy's but tonight was very disappointing to start they were out of several items and then I asked that the blu cheese be left off my Cobb salad, which it wasn't in fact there seemed to be more cheese then there usually is, my asiago chicken sandwich was burnt and inedible, and last but not least my baked potato was put in the bag upside down to where all the cheese stuck to the lid and wouldn't come off easily. Like I said usually love Wendy's but I won't be back

You know, maybe making sure your entire cooking line isn't on their phones when theres a massive line of customers waiting for their food might actually help... waited fir 30 minutes because your employees were all sitting on their phones staring at the line like half brain dead sheep. Also explains why half my food was messed up, missing a burger on one of them, fries were cold.
