Great food for the money. Service is good, but stores need a bit of freshening up of concept as they seem dated. Maybe just me. . . Cost is very reasonable.

I’m really not the kind of person to complain but this Wendy’s is actual trash. I went there a few weeks ago and they put all the wrong toppings on my burger which is fine but then I go back and receive the worst customer service EVER. There was one guy in front of me and they took about 6 minutes to try to take my order with no one behind me as well. I finally said “ hello “ hoping to finally place my order since I had a screaming kid in the back and we had been waiting for awhile. A rude young “ lady “ answers back “ thank you for your PATIENCE , what can I get you ? “ she put emphasis on the word patience trying to be smart but it was absolutely rude. I know places are short staffed but I also called immediately after this happened and they answered right away, so If you have time to answer the phone you definitely have time to take another order. Needless to say I drove off without getting any food & the lady was in the window smiling like it was funny that she has just lost a customer being lazy & rude. Definitely lost a customer permanently, I’ve worked at Wendy’s before and ran everything by myself it’s not that hard but they seem to have a lazy staff nowadays.

My food came fast, fresh and delicious. The employees was friendly and quick. If you have not had Wendy's breakfast you would definitely missing out just FYI.Parking: The parking lot was open and most people were in the drive-thru.Wheelchair accessibility: They had a wheelchair ramp and nice wide doors, however they were not automatic. Nothing against Wendy's I don't think any restaurant or fast food place in this area has automatic doors.
Took 11 kids (my grands) 3-16 for an invasion of sorts winter time entertainment. The restaurant people were GREAT!!! My group was loud and obnoxious as they each order their food, Everything was as ordered!!! PERFECT outing! We will be back for another invasion!! Thank you for your great service to a family that needed some quality time out in public.

Ok let me get this straightened out Wendy. Why in the frickin morning why would you hire a bumb to serve our own food. I'm not even joking here. This guy literally reached into his undies and he scratched around in there for abt 5 minutes before handing out the food. But the food was extra good actually. I saw him through the window and it was traumatic. REMEMBER WENDY'S GOD IS WATCH THE CHRISTMAS CAROL PART ONE ON MY CHANNEL AT 4 LIKES WE DROP PART TWO UTS SO FUNNY YOULL DIE YIPPPEI AND IF U SAY OTHERWISE I DONT KNOW BC THE BIG MAN IS UP THERE TAKING NOTES.
