Ordered a burger from them. I was watching them fill the bag with my food. I observed them taking a burger out of the microwave and put it into my bag. I didn’t say anything and we left however I did call back to ask him about microwaving burgers. She informed me it is corporate procedures to melt the cheese. I have never seen a fast food restaurant do this before. One lady on the phone refused to talk to me and head to the phone to another lady. She kept making smart remarks and comments and was very sarcastic. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing from DQ.

This DQ is hit or miss on it being open, when it is the food and ice cream is great but I hope you don't need to use the restroom because it's almost always nasty

If I could give a zero I would. We order 2 chicken tenders baskets and 2 moo latte The fries were cold. The tenders were so hard we couldn't eat them. The gravy was a gell consistency. You couldn't even use it as dipping sauce. The lattes were as thin as milk. You could not taste anything over a surgery substance. No coffee taste and the yucky sweet taste overpowered the Carmel. We will not return to this restraint.

Employees were not wearing gloves, very slow service when no one was in drive thru and only one in lobby. They touched my fries with their bare hands as i saw thru the opening to the kitchen and they forgotten an item and said “ righttt” in a sarcastic tone when I stood there waiting and when they asked why I was still waiting.

This DW is under rather new management, & has hired competent, efficient, and pleasant employees.There were 4 people ahead of us, and just 2 employees that I could see from the counter, but our burgers and ice cream were all served within 10 minutes, the order was correct, and the food properly cooked. The tomato on my burger tasted fresh, too.The interior of the restaurant was clean, neat, and orderly.This was probably the best fast food I've had in a year, in our area.

Wow!! They made me the most beautiful cake on short notice ..I had baked a cake for a friend who recently retired. It didn't turn out with my decorating job. Lol...so I called DQ and told them I needed a cake with tires and numbers... My friend was a number cruncher at a tire factory. DQ did an amazing job!

Got my order wrong then I had to pay again for the mistake. I asked for alot of ketchup for fries, onion rings etc. They only gave me 4 packets lol. I had to stop at the gas station to buy a bottle of ketchup for everyone because we had already left. Food was decent though.
