We’ve been in the drive through for 25 minutes now - there was only 2 cars ahead of us. This is the fourth time this summer we have been to this location and we’ve never once gotten through the drive through in less than 20 minutes. I’ve never been to such a disorganized Dairy Queen.

I never complain about prices for the quality of the food /ice cream I got 2 kids cone with sprinkles and it was over $6!!! The lady was like it's because you added sprinkles ¢.69 for sprinkles!

Ordered a burger from them. I was watching them fill the bag with my food. I observed them taking a burger out of the microwave and put it into my bag. I didn’t say anything and we left however I did call back to ask him about microwaving burgers. She informed me it is corporate procedures to melt the cheese. I have never seen a fast food restaurant do this before. One lady on the phone refused to talk to me and head to the phone to another lady. She kept making smart remarks and comments and was very sarcastic. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing from DQ.

Make sure you check your food before you leave the restaurant cuz they don't listen very well when they take your order mines been messed up a few times now

I really wanted to talk with the owner. Who schedules only 2 people on Memorial Day Weekend?? (Saturday 2025) We waited in the drive thru for 45 min with two toddlers. When the gal finally came with our order, I told her I’m so sorry for her as she did drive thru and lobby. One person cooking. She apologized, but we could see what was happening. We told her to close the lobby. She can’t be expected to do all that. It was busy!! We got there at 11:30 and pulled out at 12:35. Lots of business lost as people drove away/walked away angrily. It’s a shame because it has great ice cream even though portions could be bigger. You order a large and get a large cone with a small ice cream on top. Please do better!! And, give those 2 that worked alone on Saturday a huge tip!!

Waited in the drive through for almost 10+ minutes. Not a single car moved. Didn't even get to the pay window. Just left. It was as if not a single person was working. Never has it been like that before. There's not a item on the menu to constitute taking that long. And if there is. Have the person pull to the side so others can get going.

This place never gets our order right. I still go back because of lack of options but it really sucks, employees are rude, slow, don't make the items right, don't know the menu and no matter what screw up the order every time. No manager ever on duty, or at least that is we are told. Too bad it is the only DQ in 20 miles or so. As of 1/23/2025 this place still sucks, placed an order on the mobile app, got there to pick it up, sat in line for 20 minutes for cold food, thanks a lot for wasting my lunch break! Maybe you should try having more than one person on the schedule during lunch hours? The girl was the only one there she said until noon....what is the point in ordering with the app if you have to wait 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time for your food? And as usual no manager...
