I had a great experience at the Kwik Shoppe thanks to Austin! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Austin went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Have been going to this place since I was a little girl- for over 40 years. Always loved their ice cream. However, they have too many unsupervised young people working there now. My order either gets messed up or the service is just really bad. We stopped in tonight and I ordered a med cone and clearly got a very small (which would’ve been fine but we were charged for a medium). Loved it! Always passed this place, always thought about trying it. Stopped by with the kids today and it will definitely be my new spot! Friendly staff, fantastic pricing and really good variety of food.
