My biggest issue is there is no online menu for standard food orders. I don't really care if the selection isn't 100% accurate. I wasn't planning on ordering directly online, I just want to tell my partner what to order while he is driving by.Honestly by not having an online menu, I'm sure you are losing money because I am like to look and see what you have, without that. I just end up getting two scoops of ice cream.The ice cream is typically alright, sometimes the less popular flavors are freezer burnt. The customer service is hit or miss due to employee confusion since this is within a Dunkin.I would much rather Bonkies but here we are, in the middle of winter, desperate for ice cream.
