First time trying Bubba D’s and everything was great. We got a cheese pizza, original Stromboli, chicken cheesesteak, fried pickles, onion rings, fries and garlic knots. The fries were nothing special, but everything else, especially the Stromboli and garlic knots, were SO good. Will definitely be adding Bubba D’s to our carryout rotation.

It's A Small Pizza Spot But The Food Is Excellent & Always Consistent. The Pizza Sauce Is Exactly What I've Been Looking For, I Always Get Extra Sauce On My Pizzas 🍕 👌 That Taste Of Garlic In The Sauce Is On Point. The Pizza Dough Is Absolutely Perfect For Me In All Aspects. The Service & Employees Are Great Too. This Has My Goto Pizza Spot For A While Now & I Have No Complaints.

Tonnigt was the first time going to Bubba D's, and I carried out two pizzas. Both were great, not salty or too greasy. Also had a great conversation with Dustin. Will definitely return in the future.

This is our go to pizza spot. I called on Friday night and the guy who answered the phone really threw me off that we ended up choosing somewhere else to eat. He almost seemed bothered.
Never had a bad experience here and I hope it was just a one time thing!

If you are on an hour lunch don't recommend eating in. It takes about an hour for your food to be ready.

Im not one for reviews, but I've felt compelled to do so. We've been ordering from Bubba D's for years. The Owner, Mr. Dustin is great and sincerely appreciates your business, including the employees. Of the times when they are completely overwhelmed with orders and make a mistake, which is rare, they make it right. You have to visit Bubba D's if you are in the area. I've never had a dinner that I did not enjoy. BTW....the wings, whether they are bone-in or boneless, are absolutely amazing! The special on Sunday's is a must, especially on football on Sunday! We moved into our home going on 3 years ago and as we tried different options to find a favorite pizza place, Bubba D's Shrewsbury location was the obvious winner. We've been ordering exclusively from them ever since! We have not eaten in but we have done both take out and delivery. Both these options we have had exclusively awesome experiences with. Now this place does get busy especially on the weekend evenings but even with that factor, I don't think we've ever ordered and not had our food within 45 minutes. Plus we're 10 minutes away. The fact that the food is always blistering, burn your mouth hot like it just came out of the oven is crazy to us but the quality is evident and the food is just great! Take out is just as easy, the staff is always friendly and pickup time is always so quick! Definitely try this place!

This place is absolutely terrible. Placed an order at 5:30, food didn’t get here until 7:30. We were told 45 to an hour when we placed. We then had to call, sit on hold for an additional 20 mins just to find out where our food was. Our food finally arrived, not only ridiculously late but COLD, and WRONG. When I called back to speak with the manager regarding this, I was told “ we are slammed, they should have told you 2 hours when you called , and to order somewhere else next time”, also was met with “ I’m not going to stop making pizzas to call customers” At no point did the manager acknowledge any wrong doing on this establishments part, nor offer any type of credit back. Not sure if the manager even understands how to delegate, let alone run a kitchen. The fact that Even the delivery driver asked if they called to tell us it would be late, and said “ they should have, I apologize” when I said no. Take your business else where, these people clearly don’t know what professionalism means, nor how to run a take out/ restaurant business. Just another example of work ethic being non existent anymore. Being understaffed is not an excuse for poor customer service. You can’t blame the customer when they are understandably upset after spending money on food, it doesn’t work that way. What a joke!!
