BUT it’s pretty rare that I get my whole order in the drive through. Everything is great but they’re really bad at checking tickets here. I think I’ve gotten my whole order 2/5 visits recently even when they’re not busy.

Shrewsbury Chick-fil-A continues to be a top tier facility and the best site I have visited.
The floors are spotless, the play area is frequently cleaned and sanitized, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and professional.
Food is always good, service was quick but our orders were taken wrong. Happens sometimes I know. This location also only offers one size milkshake. Other area locations you can order different sizes.
Always good at Chick-fil-A. But I must say, due to the line in the drive thru, I went inside... but service was a little slower in there. Only a few people in line inside... they cleared the drive thru before the line inside. Crazy.

Usually the food is good and service good and fast. Unfortunately I’ve seen a decline, my last salad was old wilted and all the fruit was odd tasting. Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.
This place is overrated. Everything taste like the same Greece they use for chicken.

We placed an order tru online Catering. Everything was as described on time and over the top! Warm sandwiches came with a warning bag so an hour later food was just like when ordered! Would not hesitate to place a Catering order again! Thank you ! ~~~My Pleasure :)
