This location continues to disappoint. The service is terrible and I don’t think anyone working in this place has any customer service experience. The inconsistent portion size is maddening as well. Is it really that difficult to use actual measuring cups rather than whatever the person filling your order decides is enough. Get new management and learn how to train people. This place is a joke. Make American Service Great Again!

Very disappointing! ALL of the tables were filthy and there were about four employees standing around laughing. (loudly at that!) The food portions were extremely small and when ordering, the food bins/area looked disgustingly dirty. It's pretty obvious in this restaurant that no one cares. There are plenty of restaurants now in Shrewsbury.....won't be visiting this one again.

I’m not sure what her name is. But the younger lightskin girl this store is the BEST CHIPOLTE WORKER EVER! I’ve been coming to this location for at least 8 years when my family moved here and everytime I come in and this young girl maybe around 17-20 is working she is ALWAYS SMILING and ALWAYS gives the best portions!! She is so pure and sweet and she actually makes me smile not only while odering but also while leaving. As a server I know good customer service and this girl has it!! Been contemplating handing her some cash after my orders after just because she is so genuine and sweet compared to the rest of the workers! Wish I knew her name but thank you for making me smile sweet pea! You are the best :)

Do NOT eat here. The food made me physically sick when I ate the food there a year ago. Stupid me, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it wasn't their food that made me ill. Well I just ate there again yesterday and today I am sick again! I almost never get sick, except for every time I eat here. I also have eaten at many other chipotles and love burritos... it's only here that I've even had issues

This place is an embarrassment to Shrewsbury. 3rd time I've been here (only cause of my kids), and it's always the same. 5-6 employees standing around while trashcans overflow, absolutely filthy tables, floors, and restrooms... never again... I prefer Jalapeños Cafe anyway...

I walked up to the register. The cashier couldn't even say hi or acknowledge me clearly. No, there were three other people working. Nobody had the decency to acknowledge me. I just walked out. I patiently waited over 2 minutes for nobody to pay attention to me. I'm not doing business there. Completely unacceptable. You need to do better.

Be honest with customers. If you are running behind, just tell them. Don’t clear the order so that I receive a notification that my order is done only to take another 15 minutes to completely my order. This is gaming your internal system, created a bad customer experience and demonstrates a lack of integrity.
