I’m not sure what her name is. But the younger lightskin girl this store is the BEST CHIPOLTE WORKER EVER! I’ve been coming to this location for at least 8 years when my family moved here and everytime I come in and this young girl maybe around 17-20 is working she is ALWAYS SMILING and ALWAYS gives the best portions!! She is so pure and sweet and she actually makes me smile not only while odering but also while leaving. As a server I know good customer service and this girl...

09/16/24 5:50 pm. Who starts dinner hour with no vegetables available? Chipotle in shrewsbury! No vegetables at all, just corn and tomatoes with all that cilantro 🤮 This is why I find no thrill in chipotle anymore!!

This is my closest location, and I wanted to note a positive experience here. I ordered the online-only quesadilla meal for my son (very particular about food), but arrived to find that online orders were not coming through and the POS system was down. An employee (manager, likely) explained the situation and asked me to wait. The delay continued, an announcement was made to waiting customers about the technical issue & that no orders could be taken for an indefinite period...
