Not thrilled with this Dunkin'. And I visit quite a few in many different places in MD, PA, DE, VA, etc. While the staff was friendly and hard-working they seemed overwhelmed by the drive thru traffic. They were short staffed and had multiple staff in training. I was not greeted or even acknowledged at the order counter. I had to make myself known after a considerable wait. I don't blame the employees, but management and owner need to re-evaluate their staffing. The women's bathroom has NO running water...at all! My drink was fine, and the staff was courteous when finally fulfilling my small order.

Absolutely horrible scheduling and management. Came in at 420 to get a coffee and 4 donuts. One girl working the counter doing orders for drive thru and mobile orders. I received my coffee quickly but after 10 minutes of waiting for my 4 doughnuts a older woman and her grandkids came in ordered ice cream a refresher and a dozen donuts. They got everything before I received my 4 donuts. Told the cashier to throw my ticket away. Didn't ask for a refund just walked out.

I love their frozen frappes, lattes and iced coffee are really good, their mini donuts and the egg and cheese wake up wraps. I will say the egg and cheese wake up wraps are really small for the price and overall their prices have gone up, but I still think they’re better than Starbucks. The atmosphere is ok not necessarily the best spot especially since this location gets pretty busy. There’s not much space for the drive-through.

Not a terribly cozy place--Dunkin's really aren't, usually--but they don't burn their coffee too bad and they're usually pleasant and quick. They don't filter their water, so their coffees taste of burn and chemicals, but it's not unbearable. Their donuts, however, are another story. This is where I go for donuts. I do not go anywhere else for donuts, because Dunkin' has all my donut needs covered.

Somehow the busiest Dunkin we have ever been to, a car line 10 long and 30 ppl waiting inside. It was like time square! Also, super far off the interstate, you have to drive through an entire small town. Not really a pit stop off the highway, more of a detour side trip, and for how crowded and slow it was, not worth it. But not the staffs fault! They were working their butts off!
This Dunkin is also with a Baskin Robbins, very nice inside, appeared clean, donuts were very fresh! Quick service.

The drink was perfect, got hashbrowns and the snacking bacon. Bacon was cold and hard like it's been sitting out for over an hour. Whenever I get it at other Dunkin's it's burning hot because it was made fresh. Not risking food poisoning for improperly refrigerated food. Hashbrowns were warm so at least those were cooked fresh.

Traveling off of interstate 83 signs says Dunkin donuts. I should NOT have to drive more than a 1/4 mile off of the interstate, this is false advertising! Travelers DO NOT WANT TO TRAVEL THROUGH STRANGE TOWNS FOR A COFFEE!!! SIGNS NEED TO BE TAKEN DOWN FROM INTERSTATE 83. Ended up back at McDonald's for a coffee and the worst service ever! You need to rethink your interstate signs. Would NOT recommend!
