The drink was perfect, got hashbrowns and the snacking bacon. Bacon was cold and hard like it's been sitting out for over an hour. Whenever I get it at other Dunkin's it's burning hot because it was made fresh. Not risking food poisoning for improperly refrigerated food. Hashbrowns were warm so at least those were cooked fresh.

Traveling off of interstate 83 signs says Dunkin donuts. I should NOT have to drive more than a 1/4 mile off of the interstate, this is false advertising! Travelers DO NOT WANT TO TRAVEL THROUGH STRANGE TOWNS FOR A COFFEE!!! SIGNS NEED TO BE TAKEN DOWN FROM INTERSTATE 83. Ended up back at McDonald's for a coffee and the worst service ever! You need to rethink your interstate signs. Would NOT recommend!

There was an issue with the Dunkin app charging me the incorrect amount yesterday. I showed the owner my receipt and transaction history on the app proving they did not match. He very generously rectified the issue. I have not experienced customer service at this level for years. Fantastic!

I'm new to Dunkin and still getting the hang of trying to order correctly. It seems like every time I order something from the default menu, it gets interpreted differently because I don't individually specify foam, whipped cream, sugar, and cream amounts, I just assume it will come like it says online. This is really difficult for me and the employees seem too rushed and too young to care. I get that. I assume fault for not getting what I want, but the employees could be a little kinder. But again, they're stressed, so I get it. One day I'll figure it out 😫

Evidently, you must need to be standing right in front of the register to be waited on here instead of 3 feet away in front of all the donuts. Another customer came in and immediately was waited on so I had to go through the drive-through line to get waited on. When I called the girl out for not even acknowledging me all she said was well you weren’t in front of the register to which I stated she never acknowledged me. Her excuse was she was busy. Very poor customer service this place sucks.

Horrible customer service I waited in line after someone fussed about a refund after she was granted the refund no one came back to the counter at all. I eventually had to get back on the road w no coffee cause I was ignored for 10 minutes
