From the moment we stepped in, we were made to feel welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with comfortable lighting made for an enjoyable setting.

The food was delightful, well‑prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish arrived looking appetizing and tasted fresh.

Service was top‑notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, checking in smoothly without hovering and always ready with helpful suggestions when asked. It felt like they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal.

Good food and excellent service. If only they would be more sustainable (e.g., switch to paperboard take-out container and provide plastic-bagged condiments only upon request), they'd get 5 stars (but they do get a bonus star for accepting this suggestion!)

It is always a good experience at Emerald Garden. Online ordering is easy and the food is always ready when I get to Shrewsbury. I am always greeted by name with a smile when I walk in the door. The General Tso's Chicken was especially good tonight!

I asked them for a hot and sour soup with no pork as I am allergic and made sure to emphasize on that 10 times. However, they somehow served me soup with pork in it and I didn’t know till I had half of it. It’s been 4 days and I am dying coz of that. I m planning to sue them.

I just ordered the Peking Duck. It was the best we have ever had! The chicken with string beans, the fried dumplings and the combination fried rice are excellent as well. The delivery was fast and the customer service is just as excellent as the duck!

Very nice and friendly people and atmosphere. Delicious flavors and ample food for an affordable price.
