There are currently 16 cars in the drive thru line right now (3:15 in the afternoon). It took 6 minutes for the first move since I’ve been in line. Last week they had no sweet and sour sauce. It’s been this bad for at least since Covid. No improvement at all and prices continue to go up.

It’s usually busy everytime I’ve gone so it takes a bit some days. But overall in terms of food, I haven’t had anything missing and it was all decently fresh when I get it.

I still can’t believe places like this exist on earth. I was the only customer there, yet I waited over 10 minutes for a small coffee. I ended up canceling my order because I did not feel safe drinking the beverage, nor do I know if the treatment I received was intentional. I truly hope it wasn’t and that the issue is simply a lack of proper staff training. I ll simply avoid that exit especially that facility.

It is 9:53 on Saturday night it says you're open inside till 11:00 and all of your doors are locked makes no sense at all why even put 11:00 on your dining room if you're going to be closing an hour before that without a sign or anything and then when you go to the door the workers inside look at you like you're stupid we need some accountability for these restaurants when they say they're open to a certain time they need to be open till that certain time unless they are like short on staff

The 2 ladies working the windows was fabulous and kind. Then I parked to wait for the food and the girl who came out to give us our food didn't speak didn't say nothing didn't say grab the bag or anything just stood their. Because of that deep kelly green girl I give the service 2 stars. She shaved off the remaining 3 stars ...lawd have mercy smile next time.
