Lady Was sweeping under our feet while we were eating our breakfast. Would have been nice to have waited till we were done. Also ordered a large drink and they gave me a medium and it wasn’t even mine it was someone else’s. Then they finally gave me my drink and it was still a medium.

This is a McDonald's, so my expectations are lower than it would be for an actual restaurant. That said, I've given this particular location (Shrewsbury, PA) a few tries. It is awful. During my most recent visit, I had a 20-minute wait in the drive through lane. I don't think it was possible to put together a McDonald's sundae in a sloppy haphazard way, but this store managed it. The kitchen wasn't clean and there was a mop and bucket in the middle of the floor behind the drive through window.

Bad, bad BAD! Avoid at all cost, NEEDS new management! Employees are NOT motivated to say the least. This McDonald's needs to be shut down and completely restaffed and revamped. Really really really disappointed, this needs corporate intervention.

The fries and coffee nice and fresh Staff looked very unhappy to be there . We waited 25 mins for 2 coffees and a large fry … It was suppose to be a quick stop Another man ordered on the app He waited 30 mins , they never got his order or made it . He got a refund but dear lord Please be prepared to wait at this McDonald’s

Food is fine, but they are so slow and this has been going on for a long time. I'm not sure who manages this location but they really need to change mgmt. The chic f8la across the street gets the same amount of traffic and I never have to wait 30 mins for a happy meal. The ice cream machine is broken for weeks at a time (it's currently not working again).

Shrewsbury location: Black Big Mac Burger!!! Honestly who would even serve this to any customer!? Total charcoal for this Big Mac! Half the size of the bun. The manager is never available,the phone goes to voicemail. No responsibilty at this location place anymore. We have gotten so many gross meals, but no more. And $21.60 wasted for retirees. 😢sad . Can you imagine eating it? Nope. I did leave a vm but don’t expect a call back.
