All of these negative reviews so I'm going to give a good one! I'm a member of sip club and visit almost daily. The staff is always so kind and willing to help! Occasionally I get food and never have a complaint about that either. It's always fresh and good

I am a regular at this location. At least 50% of the time, the staff at the pick up desk clears the order before it is ready. This appears to be an integrity issue with the Shrewsbury staff to game the system.

When you order a southwest chicken ranch salad and you get home it’s all lettuce with zero chicken. We won’t be back.

It used to be a lot better. The choices of bread type is low, they used to have more to chose from.They used to put spicy mustard on the sandwitch if requested but now you have to get those stupid packets of yellow mustard and apply it yourself. The food tastes good but not as good as before. Too bad .

I have not been to Paneras in a long time. Staff was all friendly and food was good.
The Mexican Street Corn Soup was more like a spicy corn chowder but still good and the new salads looked good.

This is my favorite place to stop everytime I drive to Canada. It’s the best place to get breakfast.
Shrewsberry Panera - I ordered 6 bagels to go after ordering an egg sandwich for breakfast. After driving an hour home, open the bag to find only 4 bagels. I sat in the dining room to eat the sandwich, so if she made a slip, I was still there. My mistake also, from now on I will open bags before I leave.

Great place decent food clean and healthy options but even McDonald's brings ur food 2 you around here, this company needs to step its game up and what's with the half sandwich instead of a full one, I know it's company rules not locations but still, other than that this place is a quality place to eat

Friendly staff and good location. Just a bit slower compared to other Paneras in the area. Online orders are 2nd priority so ordering in store is faster than placing an online order
