Great service at the counter/register. Food was ok, the soup could have been a bit hotter in temperature since it was a cold day and thats why we stopped to get dinner.

The unfortunate decline of Panera continues at its Shrewsbury location. If you look at the most recent reviews, you'll see a distinct one and two star trend. I have done take-out and dine in at this location. The overall cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. Regarding food, the portions have shrunk and the quality has declined. Customer service was OK, but sad compared to the Chick-Fil-A on the other side of the street. In the ongoing competition between who can alienate customers more--Panera or Starbucks--Panera is winning the race to the bottom.

Don't go here. My partner and I used to order from them and we continuously had missing items and really poorly put together food.
We decided to give it another try after it reopened. Bad idea, it happened again. After 5 tries, we won't give them our money anymore. As someone who used to work for Panera Bread, that kind of quality was never excepted. Guess things changed.

Almost no chicken salad on my sandwich. Called repeatedly but no answer!!! What’s going on???

Disappointing visit. The place was not busy, tables were dirty, no dark roast coffee available and apparently they want you to use the kiosk to place your order because the person behind the counter ignored us. We said something to the manager and she used napkins to wipe the tables off.

I was very disappointed with this Panera. The food was ten minutes late-which isn’t a big deal in itself-but they put the order together lazily as well! One of the wrappings around a sandwich wasn’t taped together, so the sandwich fell apart when I took it out of the bag. I just wanted to get home so I didn’t make a big deal about it, but when I got home I realized that they didn’t put ANY of my family’s sides in the bag! We ordered two baguettes and two chip bags with our food but NONE of them were in the order. All in all it was just a really sour experience, food is pretty expensive for not being huge proportions, but it did taste fine. Still, I will not be going back to Panera for a long time

Service is so slow, even on a Sunday morning with practically no other customers. After waiting for way too long, we left without even ordering. Not worth our time!

Very disappointed in the service I received today. Placed an online order before leaving home since it takes about 10 mins for me to get there. Received email notification my order was ready. Pull in the drive thru to pick up only to be told sorry half of my order they are out of. Plain bagels? How are you out before 10 am. Why not call and tell me instead of sending notification my order is ready?
Cancel and refund the order please, oh well you need to park and come in because the manager is busy. Manager refunds the order only with a “sorry about that”. Nothing else we can do to replace. Just bad customer service all the way around.

I've been a sip club member for probably 2 years if not more, and I go almost every day. Lately, the wait just to even order at the window is a minimum of 5 minutes and waiting for a drink is even longer. The bad service really started out of nowhere but I'm glad I'm canceling sup club this month.
Not sure what is going on with this Panera, but it is going downhill. My past few orders have either taken way too long to prepare or they were wrong. I gave them one more chance today, but my breakfast sandwich wasn't even close to what I ordered. I'm done. Too bad as I really do like Panera.

I ordered a Frontega Chicken sandwich with extra mozzarella and red peppers. I could barely taste the chicken ( I actually looked for it) and the mozzarella was one big lump that was not melted. Worst Frontega I have ever had. My Chicken and Wild Rice soup was okay. It tasted good and had a good balance of rice and chicken. The bread was delicious as always. Will carefully consider my choices when ordering in the future. Wish I had pictures to share.
Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean but my bread bowl was dried out.
