Very disappointed in the service I received today. Placed an online order before leaving home since it takes about 10 mins for me to get there. Received email notification my order was ready. Pull in the drive thru to pick up only to be told sorry half of my order they are out of. Plain bagels? How are you out before 10 am. Why not call and tell me instead of sending notification my order is ready? Cancel and refund the order please, oh well you need to park and come in because the manager is busy. Manager refunds the order only with a “sorry about that”. Nothing else we can do to replace. Just bad customer service all the way around.

I've been a sip club member for probably 2 years if not more, and I go almost every day. Lately, the wait just to even order at the window is a minimum of 5 minutes and waiting for a drink is even longer. The bad service really started out of nowhere but I'm glad I'm canceling sup club this month.

Not sure what is going on with this Panera, but it is going downhill. My past few orders have either taken way too long to prepare or they were wrong. I gave them one more chance today, but my breakfast sandwich wasn't even close to what I ordered. I'm done. Too bad as I really do like Panera.

Standard food for Panera. The place was very dirty, while we found a clean table - most of the tables were not clean and the floor was covered with dirty napkins and food. Yet, I was surprised that the bathrooms were clean. It was not busy. It appeared to be adequately staffed. Staff was not friendly.

Panera has very good food, but at this location we have found that the bread is hard. Otherwise everything is great.

This place has good food, but there should be a system of pulling drivers forward in the drive-through when they are waiting for food to be made… I subscribe to the “sip club” which is a monthly subscription to get unlimited drinks, and I’ve had to abandon my order multiple times because I’m stuck waiting in line when all I ordered was a coffee and I’m waiting like 15 minutes and I’m running late for work so I just have to forget about it and drive away

We literally fixed the table we ate at sk it wouldn't topple our cups. They were out of the soup we ordered subbed it with another.
Nice for coffee and pastry, but a little overpriced.

The last 2 times I have ordered here the food was terrible. The salads are nasty and old. White and yellow lettuce. They never give the right dressing. Avocado is never fresh always brown. This used to be a good place to stop and eat not sure what the issue is now??
