Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Rewards system is not working. They said the scanner wasn't working so they had to use my phone number. Last 2 visits did not show in my rewards. Rewards justify a weekly ritas visit.

Really impressed with the customer service at Rita’s. The staff is young, but they’re super hardworking and professional. They kept things moving quickly, handled everything with a great attitude, and made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant. It’s refreshing to see a team that puts in the effort and takes pride in what they do.

Rita's never disappoints! The variety of frozen custards and Italian ices is amazing, and the flavors are always on point. The staff is friendly and quick, making every visit a pleasant experience. It’s the perfect spot to cool off and enjoy a delicious treat. Highly recommend!

My family ordered a concrete, a milkshake and a Mango ice. Everything was
super delicious!! Friendly staff. Will definitely frequent this location!

This place is just like everywhere else.....kids with extremely bad attitudes....running these places....NO ADULT SUPERVISION.....allready the negatives....of laughable serving sizes and and diminished quality of product.....do we as customers REALLY deserve such poor service????? The prices certainly aren't going down....smh

ordered a mudslide and wanted extra hot fudge, worker proceeded to tell me they didn’t have it and they where using some walmart brand so she would try her best to put it in my mudslide. I waited maybe 7 minutes for it and i received vanilla ice cream with pb cups. not a single drop of hot fudge. what annoys me isn’t the running out of product but to say you’ll try your best and not even try to begin with is stupid to lie to my face.

Went with the kids, got two small Italian ice and a concrete. I watched as we waited in line, everyone that got a concrete was incredibly sub par and had to have an inch of empty space at the top of the cup and no lid to go with. Considering the cups are very small to begin with, I specifically made it a point to request additional custard on mine. Well, I got mine and oddly had a lid on it. Looked into the cup, I could see straight to the bottom of the cup. So I scraped everything off the lid, placed it in the cup where it was hardly mixed and what do you know, about an inch of space from the top. I knocked on the window, assuming the manager given his attire and demeanor, and requested it be mixed. Mixed and handed back. Considering you’re paying $7 for the cup, you’d expect it to be at-least filled. Pretty sure, and this is an assumption based off me not tasting it, it was a Rece’s and toffee and there was no Rece’s. I wasn’t the only one looking at them in surprise, I’m just the one that will say something.

Staff and management are very kind and customer focused. Plus as always tasty

Don't go there on a full belly! And you will like it better. Quick service and good flavors and selection.

my milkshake wasn’t even the flavor i asked for. the three girls working all gave me a dirty look and the one was talking about me and slammed the window to keep talking about me.
