Matcha latte is my love 🥰
I am a daily Starbucks person. The one in shrewsbury has terrible service I mean waiting in line 30 plus minutes for 5-6 cars. My order is always wrong. I have a simple latte. They are out of so much stuff and they only have like 2 staff members that are actually nice! I am 15 minutes from this Starbucks and I normally try to make the drive to the one on queen street instead.
I really hate to write this because I love Starbucks, I am pretty much a daily customer at any given location between this one in PA in my hometown and Baltimore City where I work. This location was wonderful and reliable for a very long time . If I had an issue I would just contact customer service through the app. Recently there were multiple occasions in a row where there would be a 1-3 inch gap at the top of my drink , which is not acceptable. Starbucks is a convenient pit stop near the highway, offering a cozy atmosphere on the inside despite being close to the road. The staff is amazing and friendly, and the service is quick. The coffee is the best among the nearby Starbucks and the drinks are fantastic. However, service times are the worst, with long wait times for drinks. If busy, expect to wait 20-30 minutes for your drink. Despite this, the store is clean and the food is very good.
