Been coming to this location since they opened, service has declined terribly. Usually a wait of 10-15 or more minutes at the drive thru, even with only 1 or 2 cars in line. Lines build up into the traveling lanes frequently due to the slow service. Quality has generally declined as well. Not the product quality just this location's ability to prepare and serve it.

Over the last six years that I have frequented this location, the service has declined drastically. I’ve really noticed it in the past year. We come to this Starbucks almost everyday, either through the drive-thru or inside. I can easily be in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes and then get handed a coffee without a sleeve. Such a small thing I know but the coffee is usually hot since I normally get handcrafted drinks. I have visited Starbucks all over the country and internationally and it’s truly sad that the one in my backyard is terrible. Hopefully, a person actually reads this and not a bot.

I called to ask a question and the person on the phone didn't really take their time to answer my question and just hung up on me I said thank you and they just hung up so not the best customer service.

I order the same drink from starbucks when I go. They taste completely different every time. The quality control of drinks from this starbucks is really going down hill. I try my best to not order from this one, due to the on-going problem. Almost eight dollars is very overpriced for a drink they can't make the same.

I was informed today that this location doesn't brew decaf coffee, even though I've gotten decaf before from this same location.?? Also, be careful, they like to skimp on the volume of your drink. It's happened more then once. Lately service has been poor, and the wait is forever.

8/15/2024. On vacation and frequent many Starbucks. This place was by far the worse service by baristas ever. Completely ignored and gave attitude to the wrongness of my order and walked away before correcting the other drink (which was never corrected). Asked what that baristas name was and told they aren’t allowed to say yet they wear nametags. By far the worse customer service I’ve had with Starbucks this year. Will NOt be returning to this location ever again.
