I’ve been going to this Starbucks on my way to work here and there since February of this year 2025, and I’ve never had any issues with anything. The food and drinks are always good, the staff is always friendly, and even times when they’re busier, the line still gets handled quickly.

Not sure why but server was not as friendly as I'm use to. In MD all we have to do is give your phone number but because we didn't have the app he made us feel like we weren't real Starbucks customers. It was my lady's birthday and all she wanted was her birthday pumpkin latte. All I'm saying is if you need to have the app for anything to work we need to know. Now he made the latte but the energy he gave made it not a pleasant interaction. Again I thank him for making it but the confusion over giving our phone number vs the app felt real unnecessary. Clarity and communication would help big time. Just not use to this type of interaction at Starbucks again it's not like I was at Dunkin donuts lol.

I give it low marks because the music is too loud. You can't comfortably sit there and relax. The counter person got my daughter's order incorrect since he couldn't hear what she said.

I guess they got new employees with their remodel. They're very rude & seem almost bothered to have to hand coffees to people. Sorry to have you do your mundane job 🥹

Been coming to this location since they opened, service has declined terribly. Usually a wait of 10-15 or more minutes at the drive thru, even with only 1 or 2 cars in line. Lines build up into the traveling lanes frequently due to the slow service. Quality has generally declined as well. Not the product quality just this location's ability to prepare and serve it.
Over the last six years that I have frequented this location, the service has declined drastically. I’ve really noticed it in the past year. We come to this Starbucks almost everyday, either through the drive-thru or inside. I can easily be in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes and then get handed a coffee without a sleeve. Such a small thing I know but the coffee is usually hot since I normally get handcrafted drinks. I have visited Starbucks all over the country and internationally and it’s truly sad that the one in my backyard is terrible. Hopefully, a person actually reads this and not a bot.

I don't usually go in. I use the drive-thru. I went in the other day and the guys didn't seem very happy to be there. Maybe they had a bad day.

I called to ask a question and the person on the phone didn't really take their time to answer my question and just hung up on me I said thank you and they just hung up so not the best customer service.
