service was TERRIBLE. The employee working, who i’m assuming is the owner was extremely rude. He had a promo sticker up that said free gatorades with the purchase of any sub and chips. He charged us for the gatorade and refused to do anything about it when we confronted him about it. He said I will not honor it and refused to speak to us the rest of the time we were there. Don’t go to this subway. There is another one done the road it’s worth the extra few minutes of driving.

Horrible service! The guy working the counter was rude to every customer and seemed genuinely mad we where there. The lady in front of me asked for a paper towel and he aggressively snapped at her. When he was making my sandwich I asked for mayo and he accidentally added tomatoes. When I politely told him I asked for mayo he threw the tomatoes off the sandwich and back in the container and then proceeded to put an ungodly amount of mayo on my sandwich. I am never coming back to this location again.

Ordered a 6ft sub for a party. It was great! Lots of compliments from guests. Staff/owners did a great job putting it together, they were very generous and helpful. Lots of toppings and even napkins. Couldn't be more thankful!

I had a coupon and they only wanted to give me a ham or turkey sandwich.They told me that the coupons are only for that ? I went to another subway 15 minutes driving and they were all Americans and they had no problem exchanging the coupon for a meat or chicken sandwich.I don't understand why Indian people do that.

I am rating my experience two stars because I was charged almost $15 for extra cheese and I’ve been ordering the same exact sandwich since I was young which is about two decades. I have went to other locations in a maximum of my paid was four dollars for extra cheese. I have gotten to foot-long sandwiches and one had regular cheese and one had extra cheese. I will put pictures in the review. This location I had a shared experience with a family friend and they said that they ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich with banana peppers and pickles and was charged $30 so I’m not sure what is going on in regards to why it is be in charge that much I haven’t been charge that much at any other subway location for extra cheese. I haven’t received any substantial evidence in regards to why I was charged how much. Glad to say I will not be going to this location anymore.

Go to the other Subway location in Shrewsbury, this is sadly the worst Subway I ever been to. The Middle Ages men who were working (I assume one is the owner) clearly isnt experienced when it comes to business management. We placed an online order. App said it was ready. once we got in the store we waited 20 min in line just to find out order was never made even tho app Saod ot was ready 30 min prior. Also they don't accept any coupons. I hope this location gets a new owner who knows what they are doing
