I noticed that a customer was irrate after they locked the doors, however Bria allowed the customer to come in and rant and rave, causing a screaming match to happen. Instead of keeping the customer outside of the building and calming things down, Brias staff and other customers were being shown complete disrespect and ignorance by the asst manager. Bad decisions mean customers leave.

I just got done going to Walmart and Shrewsbury and found a $5 bill in the parking lot. Went to Taco Bell there, told them I was a disabled and homeless veteran anything to eat I had $5.34 and they had me pull around. They asked if I wanted anything to drink as well and I was content with water but they gave me two bottles of water instead of tap water and filled the gallon container of water up for Dexter, not only were they kind and gave me what I asked, he gave me some coupons for free tacos and a free Nachos Bell Grande as well as some Nacho fries! I was honestly taken aback at their kindness and cannot explain to you how happy they made me! As I pulled into eat my food I just started crying. It's hard enough for me to ask these things bc I feel like I'm begging, but a closed mouth doesn't get fed. Literally... but they helped and they were happy to and it made me feel so special. I will always go to this place if I'm ever close to it! People should be smarter and Kinder like this because people can read these comments and other people of like mind will go to eat there to support people what kinds like this so it's a wise business idea even if you're doing it for strictly financial reasons because you're going to get more customers! And yes I am embarrassed by this picture because they look so foolish, but I almost never cry in life and you can tell I just had for about 30 seconds to a minute

This Taco Bell is the best cared for facility I have ever seen in the Taco Bell Franchise. Walk in, no mess in sight. Bathrooms are spotless. Able to take orders at kiosk or in-person. Kitchen looks clean and swept when you peer beyond the counter. Food comes and you notice the sauce packets are hand stacked? Not tossed? The attention to detail is immaculate. Trash bins were clean, no overflow of trash anywhere in sight. I’m not sure what their secret is, but I’m so glad I was able to spend 15 minutes in Taco Bell heaven. Staff was super friendly as well, seemed to know the locals. Would definitely go out of my way to have even half of this experience again.
