After waiting 5 min for someone to come to the counter I was then told that the system was down and they couldn’t take an orders…. Get it together!

90 percent of the time, you get old or cold food. Depending on the time of the day will depend if you even get the basic you're welcome or even have a good day, etc... and the building still looks out of date from the outside. The drive thru path is still horrid after all these years. If you aren't expecting it, the dip can scratch the crap out of your bumper or hitch. Side note beware ordering door dash etc through them. Even with proof of their error, they refused to fix it or refund the missing and wrong items. I love Wendy's food. Is the only reason. I've gone back throughout the years. But it's gone downhill even more the past year or so.

How hard is it to get an order correct. There's literally a list to follow. This is the second time in a row we have been shorted on something we ordered. Will not be going back.
Simple order - 20 piece chicken nuggets and 2 large drinks. We had to wait for Coke. Never had that happen, and when it finally came out, it wasn't Coke. It was some vile swill. Oh, and we got 1 straw. For 2 drinks. Went in (we were at the drive thru trying to avoid having to go in - FAIL) to get the drink fixed. Started driving away and eating the nuggets - I think they were made from rubber chickens. Chewy as heck. But at least edible. I usually go to either Arby's or McD's at this exit, and will go back to that after this experience.

When they are there, this is a decent representation of Wendy's chain. However, two recent trips here found the doors locked and the lights off. No explanation and all other businesses around them were open.
