the staff talk all the time i waited 20 minutes just to get a strawberry donut and it wasn’t busy at all just drive 15 more minutes to yum yum and my friend ordered a donut that they completely forgot about for 10 minutes.

Just ordered a iced cappuccino. Drive-thru service was horrific the drink was terrible and had zero ice in it halfway down the road I threw it out the window. Wish I could have threw it back in their window.

Walked into this Dunkin and Notice there is a new manger there nice and friendly looks like the staff is fairly new, ordered ice coffee mocha black the coffee tasted pretty good it wasn’t old and it didn’t taste burnt they make it just the way I liked it also had to get bacon egg and cheese sandwich soo good I recommend coming back during the morning trying it out it looked clean to
I just wanted to take a moment and leave a review. I came in with a rather large order for the company I work for. It was a stretch to see if they could complete the order with no previous notice and let me just say this team worked very hard and fast to complete a very large order. They were happy and extremely helpful. I was very impressed by their customer service, and the ability to work together so smoothly. I would highly recommend this location.

This is the worst Dunkin in the area. I have never had a good experience here. The many times I’ve been to this Dunkin’, I have waited in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes when I was the only car there. The drinks always taste so bad. I recently ordered a cookie butter cold brew with cream there and I received a coffee without cream and mabye a millimeter of cold foam. Please travel to a different dunkin and do not go here it isn’t worth your money.

I've tried this Dunkin probably a dozen different times over the years out of convenience - it sucks. You never know if people are there or when it's open (even if it's supposed to be open). Even when there is activity there, there's a 30% chance the workers just ignore the drivethru speaker lol I've never seen anything like it. This isn't a secluded area by any means of course so just literally go anywhere else

When I say this dunkin is the worst dunkin I have ever been to I mean it. I ordered a grilled cheese just for it to come completely uncooked with cold visible slices of cheese that were not even melted, and some soggy bread. My drink was literally just milk. Staff was completely unorganized. When you want dunkin, make sure you go out of your way to go to a different one and avoid this one at all costs.
How could someone serve this and thinks it’s ok….
