“You Need To Know? Came here based on a recommendation from a friend. Bellied up to the bar & had cold drinks & bar fare. On this occasion we had the jalapeños cheeseburger, chicken tenders & fries & cheesesteak. The food was your normal bar food, good flavors. Would like to return for some different sauces. Environment was very cool & the girls behind the bar worked very well together. Good stop for those in the Dickson City area.“

“I dont know how this place is during the week days but I go when the DJ is there, it's a fun time but the smoke in there from people smoking in there is enough to choke a horse. Dont wear your good clothes or it will be covered by cigarette smoke. They have to get a air filter system in there..“

“AJ’s is the best place to go to have a great time and enjoy yourself. The bar staff is outstanding and extremely friendly. They works very hard running around all night during events serving drinks and food. Danny, one of the owner’s, is very accommodating to everyone. I like the fact that Danny joins in with all of his customers right on the dance floor then makes the dash to clean the tables off and make sure everybody has what they need. We’ve eaten there many times and the food is always great. Outstanding kitchen! I highly recommend going to a place that is fun to be at to have a good time. The bands that Danny gets are absolutely fantastic and top-notch. Give AJ’s a try for yourself. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.“

“I hosted a 60th Birthday Party yesterday in Jake’s private front room / large enough for our 50 guests. We served wings, baked ziti, chicken cutlets, chicken marinara, scalloped potatoes, and salad. Everyone enjoyed the food, the lakefront view of Elk Lake, and the casual, relaxed, and clean atmosphere.Many friends stayed through the evening to enjoy drinks, live music, and a little pool in the main bar area.I highly recommend checking Jake’s out for your next event!“

“I’ve been by this place since 1986 and never stopped. I stopped today for the first time to meet a very professional and friendly bartender Emma. She not only was friendly but kept the three customers and myself entertained while I waited for my food. Getting back to the lake house, the food was not only delicious but great portions! “I had the most delicious Chicken Francaise at the Club at the Highlands tonight, accompanied by mashed potatoes and zucchini superbly prepared and artfully presented. The sauce was to die for! I had a generous side salad that came with my meal. My companion had the round Archbald pizza that was a considerable size for a very reasonable $12! We both enjoyed an Alligash draft beer. It was a quiet night, the dining room was comfortable with a nice ambience and our very attentive server took care of us quickly. All in all, we thought the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. We enjoyed our meal at The Highlands very, very much!“

“The good old days are alive and well at Rossi's! Tonight, we ordered takeout from Rossi's, and it was better than ever. The portion of Chicken Parmesan was bigger than ever, and it was so tender I didn't even need a knife. The sauce is semi-sweet and always feels like being at your grandparents' house on Sunday. The side of pasta is a meal in itself, and the side salad is always good. The Chicken Jacquelyn is sautéed with prosciutto ham and finished in a sherry cream sauce. That also comes with what seems like a side of never-ending pasta. Rossi's is a must-visit, but please make reservations or order takeout. Oh, those cutletz!“
