I rarely do reviews but this is needed. Asked for a simple plain pizza well done. And garlic knots. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever had in at least 10 years. Pizza was so floppy it literally bent at the crust. Taste was absolutely terrible ,garlic knots weren't cooked fully. Usually we like the pizza here but this , we won't be ordering again.

I can't say enough good things about this place I'm originally from Brooklyn and they have pizza that is up to that level every slice I get is delicious I also tried their Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and a side salad with a garlic bread the serving was huge and everything came out too more than 13 and change
New to area, grandma pie delish, last night had pie with hamburger & onion ..it was totally burnt could not eat. Delivery person very nice ! Sorry but this place we call hit or miss ! SAD !!

The customer service was not good when I went to pick up my order I greeted the gentleman at the register and he ignored me and then I stated I had an order for pickup he continued to ignore me and then stepped away and told the other guy to tend to me and answered a call. The next guy did not acknowledge me I greeted him and again he stayed silent and answered a phone call and then when he hung up he then finally acknowledged me. I used my card and had to pay extra for that. The order was pickup so we ate at home. The pizza and the fries were soggy. The fries literally would just droop down and fall apart.

bad slice... id give it a dave portnoy score of 3.7 floppy heavy zero crunch and not great flavor.. if your a fan of One Bite... steer clear.. its not worth the money or the calories
