Wow, I just cannot believe the audacity of some people. I was actually at this location on 09/14/25 at 0850 for breakfast. I typically use the app for drive-through ordering. While waiting my turn, I watched the typical exchange between employees and customers. Then I watched the man in front of me open the bag of food, reach in, look around at the items, return the bag to the employee, and drive off. I thought that was a little weird and not a common thing. I then pull up, and the same bag is now being handed to me. I'm not sure if I'm living in the twilight zone. But I'm sure that their policy is a health hazardand not only a contamination risk. And a quick Google search and the policy basically prohibits employees from taking back and re-serving any food that has already been given to a customer. Any food item returned by a customer, even if it's a mistake, must be immediately discarded. But, after the employee handed the bag to me, I asked if this was the very same bag the customer previously had and opened. She said yes and proceeded to tell me he only had it for a second. I asked for a full refund. Which was promptly given to me. My concern, though, lies with the fact the employee was so casual about a potential health and safety issue. I would like to see this resolved and followed up on. I will be cross posting this google and contacting corporate.

It's a McDonald's so you get what you pay for but the service at this one often seems particularly off, have had multiple times they got my order wrong and said they would add me to a list to get it corrected next time but when asked the person taking order about getting my replacement sandwich and the supposed list. They said they could not help me. Wasn't worth the effort to spend the time to try to get it corrected so gave up.

TURN ON THE HEAT!!!! This is the second time I have been here when there has been no heat in the dining area. It will be the last time! Food was good but you can't enjoy it when you're freezing.

Seems like employees are there for the socializing more than the work. Drive thru lane gets orders messed up regularly. We take bets on how much the order will be wrong.

Burger was good and always is. However the milkshake machine hasn’t been working since I was last here in December. Idk if the workers are saving it only for them or if they are lazy to fix it. I want my milkshake.

Terrible staff, store is always dirty, you could literally scream when your at the drive thru and the workers still cant hear what you ordered
We placed an order at 7:30 and got there about 20 minutes later and these rude, snobby employees completely turned us away when we were literally in the drive through to pick up our order. They rolled their eyes at us and shoo-ed us away as well as others we saw that had placed mobile orders. I’ve never felt so disrespected by an establishment, and these coward employees didn’t even give us the decency to talk to us and explain the situation. Also we never got a refund. I’m beyond disappointed, and will never be returning to this horrible establishment and nasty people that work there.

The drive through people didnt know there was a car. We had to say hello to get our order. They screw up every order. They dont know what they are doing. Horrible management, horrible service. Corprate needs to go through and get rid of a few of them who screw up badly. 😂

We ordered in to go and they didn't give us half our order, we order 2 chicken sandwiches and nuggets with drinks and we left without a chicken sandwitch, order a large coffee and a medium drink and we got a medium drink and a small coffee
