This morning I ordered an oatmeal, I waited over 5 minutes in the drive up. They made 2 other drink ordered while I was waiting. Meanwhile the young man working the drive up was just standing there. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me that they were out of oatmeal cups and they had to go to the back to get them.... wait, what.....isn't that part of the night before prep work....very disappointing....not the 1st time I have had to wait for oatmeal....good news though I will now just buy a box and keep it at work and make my own....fast food isn't fast anymore 😳

This is supposed to be 2 plain pieces of meat. I get home and see this. They didn't give me the meat at all yesterday and the day prior to that they put ketchup pickles and mustard on 2 pieces of meat. WHY IS THIS SO HARD? 2 PLAIN PIECES OF MEAT.

Window worker ,didn't know how to give correct change! Was given the wrong food. When given the correct food the fries were burnt! Tried to return them and was told they'll all be like that because our fryer is broken. It was unbelievable because when she finally brought our drinks out they were both small cokes ,not large ice teas like we ordered. I was so frustrated I left in disbelief! Slippery rock location.

The chicken Nuggets tasted like they have been in the oil for weeks. The French fries weren't salted at all. There was 3 people in lobby and we waited 10 minutes for our food. Meanwhile they had at least 3 people in grill and just didn't seem to care that people were waiting for their food. Also, the bathroom was nasty. It looked like someone bled on the sink counter. This was one of my worst experiences at a McDonald's.

I come here a lot, and the people are generally nice, but the older lady at the drive thru has terrible customer service skills. I am a restaurant manager, and I would get rid of her. She is lucky she doesn’t work for tips. Everyone else just ignored me. Hopefully it’s not the usual experience for anyone else.
