This location has had it's ups and downs over the years and they seem to be in an up right now. We did pull over to wait for our food, but the fries were super hot, so I didn't even mind!

I come here a lot, and the people are generally nice, but the older lady at the drive thru has terrible customer service skills. I am a restaurant manager, and I would get rid of her. She is lucky she doesn’t work for tips. Everyone else just ignored me. Hopefully it’s not the usual experience for anyone else.

Tried this place once and got food poisoning which involved me being stuck in the bathroom the next day. Workers stood around and talked in the back when they should have been working. Did not see anyone working and it took half an hour to get my food.If you eat anywhere in slippery rock I implore you do not go here.Door was locked from the outside despite being open. They gave an excuse that it was ‘safety’ and ‘policy’. Dirty and gross. Floors unclean, tables sticky, chairs sticky, order machine broken, and again locked despite being open. Group was allowed to loiter despite not having food made me uncomfortable.

DO NOT GO HERE, i decided to get curbside breakfast we were the only people there took over 10 minutes I had to leave because I didn't want to be late for work. Had to call the store refused to give me a refund on a $21 order. every time I come to the store I'm waiting 15 to 30 minutes for some food, The people that work here don't care. they lie cheat and steal .

If I order food through the app I shouldn’t have to wait nearly 30 minutes AFTER I showed up for it to be ready, there was not a soul in sight to help me.Employees all talking in the back or just not paying attention to orders whatsoever because they’re too distracted staring at their phone.And when I finally got my food it was wrong, and looked like my burger was left in an elevator with Chris Brown. Is part of the last step of making a quarter pounder to literally pound it into the table?The manager is the only person who actually works I’ve never seen a single person carry a business so hard before, didn’t get his name but nice guy.Long story short this place sucks and the employees get paid to do nothing while their manager does all the work. Pathetic. Wouldn’t hurt to fire everyone and start from scratch. I get this is a college town but I’ve never seen a McDonald’s in a worse state and I lived in chicago for a year

Drive-thru staff is constantly rude and unhappy to be taking our orders. Once you say one item they say “is that it” and if you order something else there is always a big sigh. I understand the pressures of working a drive-thru but if the staff is constantly rude to its customers it will come back to bite you in the butt. This place is a joke if you actually have somewhere to be because Slippery Rock McDonalds moves like a turtle.

Saw an employee come off of break in his car and start making food, saw another employee feeding her face as she was assembling sandwiches. Wont go back there again!Hygiene here is atrocious

Just awful. This time (8/26/2023 10:15 pm - 11:10 pm) they didn't even bring me food I already paid for. Not only did they not bring it out, they didn't communicate why and just closed the store without saying anything. They could have at least lied about the ice cream machine being broken or some nonsense. Changing the outside of the building and raising prices dramatically clearly didn't do anything to improve the actual parts of the business that matter. To reiterate, JUST AWFUL.
