First time visiting from out of town. Loved the atmosphere of this school house restaurant. Friendly service. Strawberry spinach salad was delicious. I would definitely return!

This is a really nice place to eat that most people drive-by and don’t notice. It looks almost like a big red barn or an old school house. A table settings are nice, the service is very good call me in the food is excellent. On warm days you can sit out back in the open or you can stay inside protected from the weather. I would recommend this place definitely. Last time I was there it was BYOB.

All of our food was amazing. The waiter could be working at a fine dining restaurant. The service was superb. We will definitely be going back soon.

Historic one-room school house turned restaurant. Great menu, nice atmosphere, menu looks expensive but meals are affordable and delicious. Check out the dessert tray for yummy deliciousness

Good food and cute little place to go that's close to the University and right across from the SR High School.

Such a wonderful little place, so pretty, friendly staff, and some of the best food I've ever had.

We made reservations for five o clock for News Year's Eve for six people. We had great service, awesome food and we all took home deserts. Thank you to the staff, chef, those that prepared our food, we will all come back and enjoy your establishment.

We made reservations over a month in advance to have our Christmas party of 10 people here. When we arrived, they told us that they couldn’t accommodate us. We drove 45 minutes to have dinner here and we were addressed by rude staff who did not try to fix the situation. There was no attempt made to call us ahead of time to tell us that they could no longer accommodate us.

Drive 40 minutes to celebrate a Christmas dinner with friends, 10 of us, 2 cars. We showed up, our name was at the top of the list, but they said they could not accommodate us, they rented out the room. Several empty tables, but they were not willing to fix their mistake. Turned us away with nothing. The staff was confused. We asked if they cancelled our reservation and we were told “no”. But yet, with our names on the reservation list, they could not serve us and commented they had no way to help us. Terrible turn away for our Christmas celebration. They just cancelled us and shooed us out the door. Would not recommend giving them any business if this is the way they treat people who had reserved a MONTH in advance!

Terrible place with a terrible staff, called over a month in advance to make a reservation! The 10 of us drove an hour to have the very confusing staff cancel our reservation right in front of us! They had no compensation plan for our ruined evening and were unaccommodating in resolving their mistake! Would NOT RECOMMEND! WENT TO THE BREWERY INSTEAD AND HAD A WONDERFUL HEARTFELT EVENING! Would highly recommend north country!

Staff was friendly, I had the Montreal steak wrap which came with french fries. Nice portion size & reasonable prices. I had the chocolate bomb for dessert. All the food was delicious. I would definitely go there again.
