I went through the drive-through today for a happy hour medium Dr Pepper. But the young man working was so incredibly nice! I originally ordered aCoke. He apologized and said they only had Pepsi products. The inflection in his tone and the sincerity of care was incredible! I didn’t get my receipt so I’m not sure his name. I would assume he was around 20. Dark hair. A left gold earring that was a hoop with a ball and dagger hanging from it. Shout out to him for brightening myday!

The workers are disrespectful and rude, they were loudly talking very disrespectfully about another person and everyone in the lobby could hear them, and I was waiting on my food for like 20-30 minutes. Very disappointed

Whoever the burrito/taco maker was on august 24th at 11pm, absolutely sucks at their job. tacos had barely any meat and burritos had the wrong meat, not much of it, and pounds of sour cream. that dude should be fired. punched my burrito too there’s a fist print.

Continues to be the worst Taco Bell in a 100 mile radius of Pittsburgh. Never have I been so consistently dis satisfied with the food somewhere. Never once time in the 2 years since Ive lived here, And I’ve ordered a lot of Taco Bell (my mistake for continued business) has my quesadilla been cooked fully. And they can’t even cut the damn thing. Hate this place with a passion

I have never been to a Taco Bell that messes up so many orders— it’s annoying and frustrating— it’s really not that hard to get it right
Service was nice, our order included 3 sides of nachos and all of them were bad. Either they were very old or fried in bad oil or both. They had a rancid oil taste. Two out of the three cups of cheese had tiny bits of beef in them.

They put my value nachos and nacho fries in a party box and all my friends started making fun of me calling me fatty and big back. 0/5 for giving my friends something to bully me about.

Definitely a Taco Bell… food is usually good enough to satisfy. Tried the new chicken tenders, 2 for $5 after tax. Would be worth getting them again if they were $2 cheaper as they taste alright but are legitimately the same size and shape of a man’s sized 8.5 foot’s big toe.

It's a taco bell. So you know what to expect
The staff is very
Friendly
The employees working at 9:30 PM tonight needed to lock in and make my family's food but they were cursing up a storm and messing around. I'm all for having fun at work but when you're doing your job. These folks were not doing their jobs. I hate to throw employees under the bus, but this was horrendous service. All of our orders were made incorrectly as well.
Nine times out of ten they get our order wrong.
Taco Bell has always has fairly decent food and service. They’ve unfortunately removed almost every one of my favorite items from their menu. I understand profits on certain foods— it just makes it hard to enjoy. I still recommend it they have items you like there.
