I asked for a nachos bell grande without refried beans, extra Nacho Cheese and add Jalapeños. Barely any Nacho Cheese and I paid for extra! And 4 Jalapeños?!?!? The tacos barely have any meat in them and I spent $27 on what?!?! Taco Hell!!!!

This has got to be one of the worst Taco Bells I've been to. (At least as far as the the night crew is concerned)
I don't normally review fast food because there is a standard experience you usually get, so there really isn't anything that stands out.
This place, however, has consistently messed up every order I've made. I don't order anything super special. I usually just get a cravings box. Something that should be fairly simple to get right.
My cheesy gordita crunch has, twice in a row, not had any cheese between the gordita bread and the hard taco and has had cold, un-melted, shredded cheese.
They somehow either don't care or don't know how to fold/roll a burrito. It's a burrito, it's not rocket science.
I will not be eating here again and I'd recommend driving the extra 8 miles to go to the one in Grove City.

I eat here almost everyday after work sometime being the first food I eat in a day. Order the same thing every time and almost every time it’s not even cooked/put together. Beef tastes like sauerkraut a lot of the time and can’t eat the taco. I don’t think it’s too hard to ask for a quesadilla to be a little crunchy with the cheese actually melted and cut into 4 pieces. It’s just laziness, never busy enough to need to rush orders. Most of the time I’m only one in line and still can’t get a decent meal. My fault for still trying but I just want my dang quesadilla in 4 pieces

Service at Taco Bell was perfect. They were so polite and we didn't have to wait long at all. The girl thanked us and said to have a good day.
If I could give zero, I would. I don't know if they are understaffed, but constant mistakes. I can't believe my first review is on taco bell. My wife brings home our order and there is a taco open faced not wrapped thrown in the bag upside down...come on. For the $$$ do yourself a favor and just make them at home.

We drove 30 minutes and they completely messed up our order. I ordered 3 tacos with no cheese and it was just cheese and beef. Then, my friend got 2 soft tacos and they weren’t even wrapped. Tried to call them but no answer. Pitiful.
The last time I went to Taco Bell on 3/1/24 the girl at the window was very rude. I accidentally ordered to the wrong store and she said “good luck to you” then my friend got the wrong order. When we went back around to get it fixed she asked for the wrong order back after we already dug through it and told her and she still proceeded to hand it to the right costumer. This experience was shocking because I have never witnessed anything like this from this establishment. She was rude and unsanitary! Shout out to the girl working tonight she was amazing… but the other girl no.

Every single time I’ve gone to this location in Slippery rock something goes wrong. My food always has ingredients added to it that weren’t listed, and the cinnamon twists keep tasting like chemicals and make my friend and I’s mouths feel tingly. The workers always give us attitude or just don’t approach us when we are at the counter. I went to pick up my food once and asked for a cup since they forgot mine- only to have them tell me they didn’t put some of my food in the bag. If I hadn’t asked for a cup they were knowingly just going to let me leave with half my order.

The other Google reviews tell a completely different story from every experience I had here ever since coming to SRU. For a Taco Bell near campus, the staff manages to keep the place very clean and all the stuff stocked up well. I’ve yet to have a wrong order (an issue frequent in Taco Bell near my hometown. The food is always nice and fresh just as one would hope, and the wait times are short. I have nothing but good to say about this place.
