Coming from a big city, Tampa/St.Petersburg Fl. and recently moving to the area they had excellent customer service, very helpfuland what we have tried so far the food is really good! We have ordered twice through them and each time tried something different. Each time was Not a disappointment. Infact far from it. The food was great and staff very helpful! Cheers and keep up the great work for a lovely small town!

Order delivery. The order taker laughed when i asked why it would take 1 hour.No napkins delivered…. Told him i was at motel in town amd stranded… kids get with it!!!

I visited Friday to get pizza to learn they do fish fries there too i got to try both kinds they serve and they were delicious grand kids loved them as well ty so much for letting me try yours i highly recommend giving them a

Staff are friendly and quick to correct any errors. However this is the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever eaten and I’ve given it a few tries now. I’m not sure if it’s the quality of the sauce, but it just tastes odd and has a terrible flavor. The French fries tasted like fish on two occasions and had the flavor of being cooked in old oil. The salad I tried on one occasion was partially wilted and barely had any ingredients other than ice burg lettuce. I absolutely love pizza and have never had one that I wouldn’t eat, but I’m done with this location. After trying the Fox’s pizzas in the Port Allegheny and Coudersport locations, I confirmed that the issue isn’t the chain but the Smethport location specifically. Everything I tasted at the other locations was great.
The food is great employees are great. However, they don't give you all that you order. When getting soda they don't give you what you pay for or they simply don't give it to you when they deliver it to you.

I'm all about supporting local businesses but tonight I was threatened to have the police called on me over not receiving my ranch that I ordered and was called rude by the women on the phone saying I have caused problems in the past and today over THEM CONSTANTLY forgetting or undercooking orders that my family has made (WHICH HAVE BEEN MANY AND ALL OVER $60 EVERY TIME)Terrible customer service.Was not aloud to speak to a manager and was very disrespected.On top of just losing a 100 year old family member and a HUGE COMMUNITY SUPPORTER, putting her to peace today and not wanting to have to worry about cooking myself.15/10 would not recommend unless you would like to be treated the same way.
