Took this place an hour to deliver my order. One champ pizza and a meatball sandwich. Called to ask about the late order and was told that it just came out of the oven. Another 15 minutes and received a cold pizza and my sandwich was cold andliterally looked like it was stomped on or run over. Too sloppy to eat without going through a bunch of paper towels. If you order from them, don't question the timeliness of your order. Because apparently they mess with the customer's food. They just permanently lost a customer. Possibly more customers if Smithfield fox's doesn't step up their game. I even tipped them. Smh

Placed a to go order while hubby was getting his hair done at the barber shop across the road. Paid $51 for food that was NOT worth the price. We ordered mozzarella sticks & onion rings at $6.99 each, & I only got 5 onion rings. We also ordered wings & a steak salad. I asked for extra dressing which they charged me for only to come home & see the extra dressing is not in the bag. Not only did we wait a long time at the counter to place an order but the food was not worth the wait. I hope they take this into consideration & do better & right by their customers who are willing to pay for their food.

Ordered a steak wedgie. Got home and only meat on half. Called to complain and was told since taken over by new management that is how they make them. You just lost a customer as you are ripping people off.
Do NOT order the wedges ! Little bit of meat. Too much mayo running off down your hands and arms. The wedge bread is so brown, it cuts your gums !!!!! Never again !!!!!

The food is okay. But delivery prices are ridiculous. I ordered 1 steak wedgie and a buffalo chic salad and it cost $32.52 to be delivered. (I live 4.5 miles away). Then you're expected to tip on top of that! I'd expect delivery prices like that if I was using doordash or a similar company but not when ordering directly! I'm sorry but a steak wedgie and a salad shouldn't cost me almost $40! (With tip).
