My hoagies seem 2 turn out better if I order in the store. I prefer 2 use the app 2 save time on my lunch breaks but my hoagie turns out burnt, missing something, or soggy. I haven't eaten there in a few months now bc the last hoagie I got was literally burnt black & rock solid
