Used to love this speedway until they “updated” the pumps. It now takes multiple 30 second “please wait…” popups just to type your member ID in, then the none of tap to pay sensors work on any pump, then you put your card in and wait for more “please wait…” pop ups, then it asks if your credit card is a debit card and when you hit the no button it says “please see cashier”, happened to me 6 out of the last 8 times ive tried to purchase gas. Plus ive pulled in twice in the past 2 months only to have every single pump disabled. Great “update” when the old pumps worked 5x faster and never had these issues.

I like going here, but a couple months ago most of their pumps stopped working. It was just a few at first and slowly more and more went, and I stopped by an hour ago and every single one was down! They shouldn’t have their gas price sign on at this point. Especially when their price is supposedly 40 cents cheaper than in Perry??? Like of course you’re gonna stop and circle the parking lot like everyone else hoping there’d a spot and waste your time. Ridiculous!!!

The last two times we have drove out to get gas half the pumps were not working. It is pitiful!! Last night went out to cash in our rewards the pumps were not working correctly to get our 11 cents off. Finally just gave up and left. Won't be back!!!

Pumps are constantly down. Card readers not working. Today it took me 4 different pumps to get my card to work. I'll just go next door to Pilot from now on
Stay away if you want diesel fuel. Their pumps don't take most credit cards so you have to go in. You can tell them how much you want but it doesn't matter you have to go back in after you're done pumping. Why set up a system to waste people's time. Stay away if you value your time at all.

My wife is always pleasant and chipper when in public so it breaks my heart for her to return with a frown. Customer service should be a priority especially when there's only a few customers. Be kind, be curious, treat customers like you want them to come back. She made 2 separate purchases totalling $28.58....We stop at Speedway (different ones as we travel) almost everyday and friendliness has gone wayside.
