Local diner. Comfortable, down home atmosphere. Good old-style cooking. Great service. (Felt like I was stepping back in time.)

Vegetarian options: Not a lot of choices but they're home style potatoes and buckwheat pancakes were very good.
This restaurant is in the back of a Phillips 66 gas station / truck stop. So if you are a trucker or RV'er this is a great place for an over night. They close early-ish and are currently only open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I had a bacon/cheese omelette and my GF had a mix of stuff. Home fries, Sausage patties (looked hand made) and biscuits and gravy. All was very good. Kinda reminds me of a scratch kitchen. Would stop in again.
Stopped there and bought dessert for takeout. The pies were good and I am confident that everything else there was good. I didn't eat in, but when I finally got to my place I enjoyed the desserts.I did add the maraschino cherry on the pie at home, they did not come from the restaurant like that, but it does make a nice photo. The place was clean and nostalgic. The people were nice. I would recommend to anybody. This is a truck stop that especially accommodates big tractor trailers....
