Caravia has catered multiple family events for my family over the years. Excellent food and quality every time. Pop in for fresh veggies or sandwiches on a weekday is always a hit with the family. Super find in Clarks Summit.

I came in and ordered a Greek salad with chicken, and had to wait about 30 minutes to get it. About half way through my meal I realized there was something in my mouth that I couldn’t chew. I pulled out what appeared to be a brown piece of plastic. I looked around in the container and there was no brown plastic, but I big piece of tissue! Needless to say my appetite was ruined, and I won’t be going back.

So I ordered my usual southwest chicken sandwich. Honestly so good. Today the girl made a mistake and handed it to someone else. I totally understand because it could happen to anyone. But instead of just handing me another sandwich they handed me a bag with chips and the sandwich and said its on the house. That type of customer service is hard to find. Thank you!

First time I came here, I ordered a sandwich. They told me 25 minutes wait time. 25 minutes later they came out and told me that they ran out of ingredients they needed to make my sandwich. I didn’t have time to wait around another half hour for a few sandwich so I left empty handed.
Today, I returned to try to get that same sandwich. Ordered online. It gave me 1:22pm pick up time. I arrived at about 1:25. No sandwich. Fairly busy so I waited patiently. I am seeing customer after customer getting served but my sandwich nowhere to be found. I approach the girl at the counter. She goes in the back and looks, comes back and asks my name, then returns to the back and walks out and hands me a cold sandwich. The time was 1:42pm, 20 minutes after said pickup time. Finally, I unwrap this sandwich and it’s tiny, all bread, basically empty. I will never return to this place.

Fresh and tasty food! I been meaning to stop in ever since I first had their catering food at work for a party. I made a point to ask where’s the food from?! Because even just their salad was delicious, mind you the great variety of delicious sandwiches. Since I was in the area recently, I stopped in for the first time and order 2 sandwiches; the Southwest Chicken and Bahn Mi Italiano. Loved it! The place is very nice and well kept, staff is helpful and the owner was very friendly and gave me free chocolates. Will make sure to stop in soon again and try the other foods off the menu/deli case.

Caravia's food was delicious, and the store has amazing options. The service was confusing as we had ordered online and was unsure where to pick up. In fact, many of the other customers were confused too. Some customers were picking up orders at the same counter as others were walking up for prepared foods. It would be helpful to have better direction/signage. Our online order was 20 minutes late being ready from our given pick up time. Not sure what was up with that.

Love this place… being from New York this place touches my soul! Great staff, best food, by far! Bread imported, everything is fresh, my go to place in NEPA! I travel over a half hour to go here and it’s worth it!

We usually order and pay online and get stuff to go. Sandwiches and salads are excellent. The new Gochujang Bahn Mi is OUT OF THIS WORLD. 10/10. (I get hollowed out baguette). Their fresh fruit cups/plates are always on point. Their groceries and cooked items are high quality and delicious. This place is WORTH your time!
