Ordered online after talking to manager about delivery service and had no problem ordering online and have over $ 70.00 taken off my card to have the delivery driver drive 7 minutes and turn around without contacting us (because I would have met up for the pizza) but instead drove back to the store for the ignorant manager to not work with me about meeting up for the food. She claims she doesn't know the area but if you don't know the area how are you managing this store in carbondale. Offered to come pick up if they would work with us because of this so called glitch of the online ordering. She was awful to deal with and completely clueless when speaking with myself and a family member .

More concerned that I had 4 soda cans I wished to throw away than a customer who ordered two pizzas to pickup. On-the-road passing through, sometimes it’s not hard to help a customer :-)
