Just want to say that the manager Bridget did a great job with a customer who escalated a situation beyond what it was.she handled it very calmly while the customer seemed to need to tell anyone who would listen.

Stopped in for lunch and had some of the chicken strips and cheese curds.also ordered two blizzards which the manager Bridget made and put in the freezer for us until we were finished with our meals.thank you Bridget for the very kind gesture I know you were very busy with other customers.

Im a doordash driver and I was there last night at 830 and it was supposed to be ready by then. I had patients I waited and waited then another person asked me who I was there for. Like 10 minutes later then they locked the door I finally said something about it taking so long and he threw the drinks on the counter. Almost knocking them outta the carrier no receipt now I'm locked in the building he lets me out proceeds to follow me yelling threatening me while his coworker is grabbing him ( I'm also deactivated from doordash now and that needs to be fixed I'll be calling in first thing in the morning for a manager) mins you he locked the door at 845 and they close at 10:30

Twice now I have ordered on the app and when I arrived to the store, I was told they no longer sold what I was ordering. The first time, March 4, I waited 30 minutes in the drive through before I was informed it was no longer available, at this time I was issued a refund and my order was cancelled. The second time, April 25, I asked to cancel at the speaker after I was informed they no longer had what I wanted—Emily, who was at the speaker, told to cancel via the app. I got on the app, which then told me to call the store I placed my order at to cancel. I then call the store. The same worker, Emily, answered the phone and said they do not manage the app, couldn’t give a refund and the owner would have to call me the next day to fix the issue. It is now 3 days later, I was charged for an item I didn’t not receive, was not refunded and I have received no phone call from the owner. 1. Why isn’t your app up to date with what’s being sold at that location? Every other fast food restaurant has capability to turn off items that are sold out/not available. 2. Why can’t the workers cancel an online order if they are out of an item? 3. Why have 3 days passed without a solution from the owner? I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Have ordered from here a few times over the last couple years. Burgers and fries are really good. Meal wouldn’t be complete without a Blizzard. They have so many different flavors to choose from. Definitely a nice addition to the community after Friendly’s closed.
