A really friendly and kind staff (who was with a trainee), I can’t remember her name, gave us a free glazed doughnut each because of the holiday season! To whoever she is, just wanted to say you’re awesome and made our day! 😍

They'll fire employees for accepting a tip. They're probably paying them $7.25/hr, too. Disgusting management taking advantage of employees. That just makes them not care about their job. Do better, they're human beings. Never going back.

Great food and workers but the new management sucks. A bigger company bought it and now the employs are being screwed over, New systems and rules and perks taken away. Awsome place and people just bad owners
We drive from Freeland to Clarks Summit just for our Krispy Kremes!! Wish there was one closer to us...but it's worth the drive!!

Ordered 120 donuts. They had a lot of donuts already stacked and ready to go so we were in and out very quickly. Although they were not "hot" they still tasted very fresh.
Update: I've come here quite often now, and the workers are very professional and efficient. I wouldn't say they are friendly, but I also would not say they are unfriendly. It's mostly to the point and getting things done, which I can respect. The food totally makes it worthwhile!
