Terrible experience here. Tried to pick up mobile order in store and they had the doors locked and made you go through the drive through . After I went through to the window just to pick it up in person like I put on the mobile app they made me go through the drive thru again to order through the speaker. After I did that I couldn’t find my code right away so instead of helping me they just skipped me and went to the next person after shouting hello multiple times into the speaker after finding my code within 2 minutes they never answered back so I left and wasted my money.

Ok so I was just here and im not really complaining about the service, more so the fact the old man working the line wasnt wearing gloves while also chowing down on a burger while making food....what made it worse he was talking while chewing.

My fiance ordered our roommate an adult Happy Meal as a bit. The food showed up but no happy meal box, no toy. We paid $13 extra over the regular cheeseburger happy meal price to get it. We thought it'd make him giggle. He's having a rough time.

This place is a joke. If you make any changes to your meals expect them to get it wrong or forget. If you order delivery they will most likely forget atleast one entire meal. Go somewhere else!!!!

This McDonald’s sucks. You will be waiting 2 hours just to get your order. My friend ordered one sandwich on the mobile app and I was picking it up for her, I went through the drive through. No service there. Nobody taking orders at the drive thru. I then proceeded to go inside and was still not waited on. I kept my calm, and didn’t say anything. I was being patient. I just want to warn people that this McDonald’s is extremely slow and does not service you in a reasonable time manner. This was 6 am in the morning.
A worker there public admitted to dropping a ten piece nugget and burger there before putting it back in the containers and giving it to the customer.

I can’t understand how McDonalds has 2 drive through lanes and nobody savvy enough to see that I get cut in line when there’s 2 cars everytime I come here. Food is mediocre at best and staff is easily the worst in all the area for food. Please put something worthwhile here and get us better food and service. This place should be shut down.
Update Called and talked to the manager. Literally don’t want food or payback, just want someone to care at all and I get the typical annoyed manager who just goes to the “next time you come” line, until I tell her I don’t want to go there anymore. I really just want to tell someone that cares so they can fix it and maybe save their or someone else’s job and her reaction is to cut me off and rush through corporate mumbo jumbo about it being my decision and it’s just a mistake.
For context, I ordered medium fries and large coke. They gave me cold fries filled so low you couldn’t see them in the box from the front and forgot my coke. Had to ask for the drink and then they gave me diet instead of regular. They actually cannot get fries and a fountain drink correct.
As a 3x a week lunch guy there for years, after I tell you I haven’t been there since August and it’s a day away from May and you’re annoyed with my concern for my food? Rush rush rush. She acts super busy when anyone who has camera access can see there is nobody there to buy anything.
Can’t imagine why they are the slowest McDonalds in the area in the middle of an industrial park and City.
Managers response is why she works at that McDonalds, or why that McDonalds is doing so bad. Not sure which, as that’s a GM problem

This McDonald's will bring you faith back into McDonald's. The food is always great the cashier with the blue hair is super friendly and nice she's a great presence to be around. The store manager is attentive to everyone in the store. It's an overall great experience at a McDonald's once again.

This is the slowest fast food place I have ever dealt with ! I have been in line for 15 minutes already at a stand still and there is only three cars in the entire drive thru. It’s 630 in the morning I don’t understand how you are this “behind” already. I don’t know how lunch and dinner is but the breakfast crew needs fired !
