Plenty of good food for the money. But make sure you bring cash or you'll be charged almost 4% to use a debt/credit card.

Great food, great customer service!

This was our first and last time ordered from here, ordered the big Bertha calf cheese steak and fries , the fries were drenched in oil and soggy, absolutely horrible and the cheese steak was over loaded with mayonnaise by the time I got my food home( I lived 5 minutes away) the bread was soaked with mayonnaise it was NOT edible and fries were soaked in oil very very disappointing

Ordered takeout. Great food, but please tell patrons up front that there is a surcharge for using a credit or debit card. When it was time to pay, the young man working the counter took my card and asked if I wanted to add a tip, which I happily said “Yes, add $5.00”. When I got my receipt from the credit card machine I noticed a $2.00 difference from the total at the front register. After asking him why, he pointed to a small, handwritten note taped on the front counter disclaiming the surcharge. Please, please have your folks mention this before taking their cards so patrons have the option.

I’ve had cheesesteaks from all over, including Philadelphia and Big Bertha’s cheesesteaks are easily the BEST I’ve ever had. Same with the gizmo sub, best I’ve had anywhere. The fries, a cornerstone of every great establishment, are absolutely fantastic! I ONLY wish they’d offer mozzarella cheese for their cheese fries, I swear I’d order here every week if so. Every time I’ve been there to pick up food the place has been so chill, service is always great.From the experience of what I have tried on the menu, I wouldn’t doubt that everything on it is the best possible version of itself you can get ?
