I played a song for my mother who passed away, and it was skipped by the bartender Jess. Sorry it wasn’t loud obnoxious rap, but you have no right to skip a song I play. Also the buffalo chicken wrap was dry and disgusting, and the steak wrap was leaking grease. Bathrooms were clean though.

I've been to Park Social several times and have always had a great experience. The place is very clean with a great outdoor deck, all of the staff are friendly and professional and the food is excellent.....the burgers are the best in the area! The prices are great too!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. Coming in as a first timer there, I expected “first timer treatment” (you know how it can be when you’re not an established “regular”) but instead was greeted with enthusiasm, kindness and an eagerness to deliver fantastic service! The venue is clean and beautiful from the huge big screen TVs, to the high-tech bar with built in wireless chargers all the way to the cleanliness and overall appearance of the bathroom. Everything is clean and new, and there is a ton of space and a lot of bar seating! All of the staff members were fun, polite and extremely vigilant in providing top-notch diligent service, and all of our food was incredible too! Thank you so much to Heather and Britain for a wonderful first time experience! This place is awesome!

Poor experience. Ordered beers. 5 to 10 minutes after order waiter comes back cause he forgot order. Then beers take another 10 to 15 minutes to arrive. Brew gentleman ipa is $9.50. Expensive. BLT with sweet potato fries is my order. Waiter memorizes order. Brings regular fries. Good service as they replace quickly. But sweet potato fries are waffle fries that must have been frozen. They are burnt on top, dry, hardish, and seemingly reheated. Inedible. Bacon on BLT was under-baked or microwaved. Floppy. Probably cooked through but hard to tell. Whole meal was a fail. Waiter was very accommodating and took it off check proactively so that was appreciated. But overall, slow service, mistaken orders, high priced beer, bad food for my order anyway.

Accidentally went on a day Pitt football was playing. It was packed inside and out but we have great service at the inside bar! Bartender came over quickly and got our food order placed and came out pretty quickly considering how many ppl were there! Will go back again!

We really enjoyed the food and service the first time we went after my son’s baseball game enough that we went back tonight to be told no one is permitted in under 18. It’s a shame that my son was permitted in there before (2 months ago) but not now. We will never go back again.
