This place is amazing. Has the longest bar in Poconos! Beautiful inside and awesome people! The cook and owner Bob are born on the Poconos best kept secret when it comes to cooking. This is the best of the 'dive bar' genre. Huge bar, pool tables, outside space with stream, pub grub and generous drinks and owners. We spent the night in a comfortable, clean room with everything we needed. I don't know why the locals don't pack this place to the rafters.
Yes there is a creek. From the outside it looks sort of unappealing but when you enter, a whole new experience overtakes you. A sense of relaxation, "down home", and red-neck overtakes you. The food is good but you are warned up-front that they take their time preparing - so chill out. The bar is VERY long and the display of all the liquor bottles is quite impressive. Mariah was our server. She was a pleasure. The steaks ordered were cold but the taste was great. Nice...
