My biscuit was cold and hard. I ordered bacon agg and cheese biscuit. So they gave me a croissant instead. The whole time a women in the kitchen is screaming and slamming everything she gets her hand on. On top of everything they take every order and put it in the microwave !!!! Customers sitting next to me say this happens everyday. WoW!!! And it all took a whopping 30 minutes

Standard burgerking food, nothing to complain about there.But being charged 20 cents for one sauce is nuts lol, will not go to fast food restaurant who charge for sauce. Understandable if you are asking for multiple sauces but not one.
The floor should not be sticky throughout the entire restaurant. But it has been 3 visits, over 3 months in a row.

I made a mobile order at 6:53 for 10 sandwiches to be ready once I came to pick it up. On the app it states pick up time 6:53 which is the time I ordered it. 12 minutes later I get to Burger King and they state my sandwich’s were just starting to be made. I asked the old lady at the window, “Is there a reason why my sandwiches are just being made I ordered them 15 mins ago.” The old lady says, well you have to push the but that says here for me to make them right away. With confusion, doesn’t that defeat the purpose of the mobile app? I ordered 15 minutes ago? She say, well I don’t know what you want me to do it’s going to take a while to make your sandwiches. So here I am 20 minutes late for work because I am waiting for sandwiches I ordered no 30 minutes ago
