Warning: ENTER AT YOUR ON RISK!!!! I have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years never had any complaints until now. The kids that currently work there have no clue what they are doing. I ordered pancakes and they gave me uncooked food that looks like Mexican flour tortillas. The service is horrible and can’t follow simply directions. Photos are disturbing.

They screwed up a simple order 2x . The girl with the glasses was over talking me while I was trying to correct the order . Still walked out with my order screwed up . Pumpernickel bagel was also the size of a golf ball . Will never come back .

Food tasted very good. Workers were super nice. Came here in late Nov 2024, per an old recommendation of a coworker after they brought bagels into the office. I remember all the bagels tasting absolutely delicious. My family all got some kind of stomach symptoms for several days to a week from the experience. Maybe it was the stomach virus or maybe it was the finicky type of ingredients we chose but regardless, we had the lox cream cheese on the cheese bagels. We would maybe come back but not for a while.

Delicious bagels and very friendly service. Absolutely love their chocolate chip bagels and their cranberry orange bagels. Don't even need cream cheese. The texture is just right and everything it fresh.

Not only is the food good but the staff working is great too. I started order from them on DD and would always list my dietary restrictions. One day I forgot to list it and they called me just to make sure bc they remembered that I usually list them. Really good experience!

this place smells awful and when i walked in there weren’t any bagels. The women who took my order was super rude and unprofessional.. and to top it all off I watched a mouse run across the floor and when i said something about it to the lady she didn’t say anything to me.
