I usually take out but had a free afternoon for lunch. The waiter was good, but was the only staff handling a busy restaurant. The food is reliable. Standard Italian fare. Football pizza and wings for gametime.I have spent a fair amount of money over the years and come back every 2-3 months. Not a criticism, but a suggestion, wipe down the menus between patrons.

On Christmas eve, I ordered through DoorDash but there was a partial mix up with my kids order. At first, I was quite upset and stressed out because my kids were hungry and their food was missing from the order. When I called the restaurant, the gentleman was very kind and apologetic. He explained that there was an accidental mix up with another order. He figured it out and explained what happened. Mistakes happen and I totally understand. Not only did he resolve the issue, he went above and beyond, ON Christmas Eve, he personally delivered my kids order to my house! Not only did he deliver their food, he brought along Bacco’s best cannoli’s! I cannot even explain how much that meant to me! This restaurant deserves accolades! They deserve to be recognized because they serve the best food and most importantly have the best people in the world! Thank you and a Merry Christmas to the whole team at Bacco!

Have been here a few times recently and every time it was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food actually comes out HOT which you don't always get at a busy restaurant. Just wish we tried Bocco Cento sooner. We will keep coming back.
Your Drunken Brooklyn thin crust is beyond amazing. Plus the pillowy soft appetizer bread. We enjoyed al fresco dining on the patio and our server was fantastic!

I have to give it 1 star because the chairs are so uncomfortable!! I spoke to the server and they said even their team doesnt sit in them on their breaks. I'm a size 12 pants and very uncomfortable, I imagine folks who are fatter would be in Pain. Also the decor is weird, theres a bunch of pro-alcoholic wine mom esque signs on the wall. Only one of their two doors opens, I dont think its wheelchair acessible. Its clear the comfort of the customers is not a priority, and the acess needs are completely neglected.
The food is good though! BYOC (bring your own chair!)
