This location is just horrible. Theres not a single time I have been here and my coffee has not been messed up. On top of that they don’t even have the audacity to heat up my bacon.

I ordered the new refresher strawberry drink and ended up with a peach energy drink. I was too far away to go back. Asked for egg and cheese sandwich no egg and received egg. But the drink had to be thrown away as I don’t like peach and can’t do energy drinks. Not very friendly at the drive thru either.

Worst service, they gave me wrong order and when I told them the girl got mad and every time I have to repeat my orders atleast thrice, still gives wrong orders. The owner needs to change the staff or give them orientation how to deal with the customers.

I don't usually leave reviews, but i had to speak up about how poorly this location is managed. the management- specifically Ivy and Rahelie- is seriously lacking in professionalism and leadership. they are rude to both customers and staff, and seem to be more focused on power trips than actually running the store properly.

everytime i come here my coffee is messed up/bad quality. it’s never mixed. the owner/manager never seems to care to make anything better here. the pumps of flavors i get always overpowers the coffee itself. i just got a donut and there was no cream in the middle. i got a cream delight… let’s be fr. there was just chocolate on top and a dallop of cream ontop of the chocolate but it wasnt filled. disgusting. the hashbrowns are ALWAYS the worst. there’s times where i had to ask to cook them well done, still come out bad. i have to throw them in my oven to be able to eat them. never fully cooked the inside/potato is always crunchy/raw and the outside is always mushy. it’s just always raw. the outside supposed to be crunchy, inside supposed to be mushy. they never have more of a variety of donuts. the bagel bites are always cold, i feel like other locations they’re always warm/toasted. i’m not one to complain, i always give places many chances.. this location is just the worst and i’m tired of feeling like i’m wasting money. i’ve sat inside a few times and they always just goof around. although the workers aren’t the best or seem to care much bout the service/quality.. i blame everything on the manager not much the workers, it’s the managers/owners job to make sure the place is ran good and the workers are trained properly. i’ve given many many chances before giving a bad review. it’s the closest Dunkin to me or else i would’ve started to go to a different location.

Worst donut place ever. I asked if they had chocolate glazed vanilla cream donuts. I was told no, but they do have Boston cream, would I like that? I said no, definitely not Boston cream. I asked for 2 jelly, 2 regular vanilla cream, and 2 chocolate cream donuts. When I got home I found that I got 2 Boston cream, two jelly, and 2 chocolate glazed vanilla cream donuts that they told me they didn’t have. Horrible service. They don’t listen, and can’t get a simple order right.

I go this location every Saturday. This is the worst Dunkin ever. Every time I have to repeat my order twice or more times. Then I have to check what I got because it’s always wrong. The bagels are not toasted even I ordered . They gave me a wrong cream cheese on a side always. The young kids who worked there have no clue about customer service and they don’t care about customers satisfaction.

Ordered at the drive through and the service was terrible. Ivy needs to go through training again on how to speak to customers. I don’t know what her attitude problem is about but you’re not gonna keep people coming back with someone as nasty as her on your team.

I never like to leave bad reviews as someone who has worked in customer service for many years, but I had to make an exception for today after the service that I received today. I ordered at the drive through for breakfast and the lady named Ivy was very extremely rude and nasty towards me. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day but I remained kind and respectful, but I cannot say the same for her. She spoke to me in a condescending tone as well and overall I am very disappointed with her lack of customer service. I would hate to have her as my employee and coworker because she seems to be a miserable rotten apple in the bunch. Definitely will not be coming here again.
