Every week I purchase 50 munchkins to takes to church for coffee hour. Went thru drive thru only to fine out glazed munchkins were about half the normal size all shriveled up. This week went inside only to find same problem. Showed employee munchkins and was told that is how they are. Will not be returning after that response. Guess I will go to yum yum.

Terrible customer service at this Dunkin’ today around 4:40 PM. The employee working the counter had one AirPod in his ear and was clearly distracted. He pretended not to understand simple English while still answering me, which made the whole interaction frustrating and unnecessary Service was extremely slow, no effort to help, and very unprofessional. Management should address this.

I really enjoy this Dunkin. The staff here is usually very friendly in the morning when I stop in for my coffee.

This place has the worst drive thru customers. When you try to enter the drive thru from the Giant parking lot, the rude people coming in from Second St Pk won’t let you in. I had one person fly into the drive thru and literally cut me off. The food here is ok, but my order has been messed up a few times. I no longer go to this location.

I like Dunkin Carmel Ice coffee and an a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The croissant are fresh and soft. I don't care for the hash browns they have a taste I don't care for.

Straight garbage out of a can. How or why we continue to support these types of businesses explains why there are so many in Southampton. What a shame, the new Philly

This location has become absolutely horrible. The workers are clueless. Every order is messed up and incorrectly made. When I placed my recent order and came for pick up, they told me that they have nothing available and will refund my account. A week later and refund still has not been processed. Stopped at the store and asked to speak to a manager and they looked at me like I'm speaking a different language and than told me that they're not sure if the manager is available amd proceeded to stare at me without moving. After a few minutes the guy who told me a few days ago that he has nothing available told me that it's an issue that I have to resolve with corporate, not them. When I told him that they didn't fulfill the order and still owed me my order, he said that they're very low on food and can't give me anything. At 12pm, you're out of donuts when you're suppised to be open until 8pm?! This place ia horrible and needs to be cleaned up asap. Worst service ever!!!
