We got here right after and we have the restaurant to ourselvesUnfortunately, they had limited food items,which was pho and appetizers only due to lack of staff.The inside of the restaurant was nicely decorated. Unusually dark, more like a romantic ambiance for a pho restaurant ?There was only one guy who was the host and took our order.We’ve ordered popcorn chicken. I was surprised to see how it was but my son ate it pretty and really it. It’s also because it was sweet.Also ordered their egg roll then the pho dac biet which I am accustomed to.Broth was good and was missing from other things I was used toI can honestly say it’s more westerners style type of pho “special”

Price of pho is $20, which is about $8 more than all Vietnamese places in the area - also has less meat and smaller size portion. Please lower your price. Other than that the food and service was good. The decor of the place is nice and is easily accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Enough space to navigate and accommodate a wheelchair.

My kids love bubble tea and pho. This past weekend, we were out and looking to eat out on our way home. We were hungry! We asked kids to pick a place and my daughter chose house of pho. We have visited few times before. We were excited but left disappointed. 1. Ran out of boba. 2. Replaced boba with aloe Vera, informed those were out 3. Entree my husband ordered out 4. My entree was not available I was informed after placing order 5. We waited over 20+ mins and went up to cash register to ask to order and still waited. I know it's a family run business and have observed it previously but wanted to give it a try as we know it's tough and kids love the cuisine. Very disappointed. Hope this review helps provide transparent feedback to improve. It could've been courtesy to show some care that all but 1 item we ordered wasn't available at the least given it's a business.

Came in last night to pick up order and wanted to add a side of white rice..young girl (with zero work ethic) told me it was too busy and that it would take awhile. IT TAKES 2 SECONDS TO RUN INTO THE KITCHEN AND SPOON THAT INTO A CONTAINER! you weren’t too busy you’re just LAZY. Expensive..$20 for shrimp pho is ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind the price if they were decent sized shrimp, but that’s not the case with this place. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with your workers. No one is attentive over there including the owners. You just lost a long time customer over a side of white rice. I also want to mention I’ve worked for Vietnamese people before and I’m VERY shocked they allow half of what goes on to happen.

I ordered take out. My wife and I have been coming here for almost 5-6 years. We moved to NE Philly but we like them so much we get take out. And I’m not sure if it’s inflation, but my p7 has become much smaller in quantity of broth and meat. I had it yesterday and I was excited but let down by the amount of broth they provided and the amount of meat. I’m an all season soup guy and I love this place but I don’t know what I’m going to do.

The service is subpar sadly but they do try they simply miss the mark. The fresh spring rolls are very tasty but the dumplings are small and over priced, with mismatched dipping sauce. Sadly the egg rolls are tiny, greasy, and lack flavor. The lemon grass chicken was tasty, but was lacking an adequate amount of chicken!!! Lots of cheap raw cooked mushrooms and a load of vermicelli noodles but again the balance was completely off. Also the sauces on the tables are mismatched. Overall they try and some may enjoy but not me. Disappointed as the owner states you'll leave as family, not so much.
