Watched dude at the window, took a sweet tea that was already in a cup, and dumped into a cup with ice and handed it to me. The cup he poured from no clue how long it sat there and it was not covered. That's disgusting. Kid didn't say two words to me, and I was very polite. Said hi how yours night, glared at me and took my money an almost forgot to give me change. If you don't wanna work in food service, don't. If someone is being polite, don't be rude. I usually tip the window people, not that guy.

Got big breakfast with hotcakes and steak. Also ordered a southern sweet tea. The syrup and butter is in the bag, but the hotcakes are missing, so is the tea.

I am pissed, I spent $96 and they didn't even put a burger on the big mac! They also forgot the sauces and my water bottle. I used Uber Eats. Never going back to this mcdonald's again! Gonna use the hatbro location for now on! How do u mess up that bad?

Stopped at 7pm during a light snow, 5 or 6 people working. All our double cheeseburgers were cold and flattened like they've been made 10minutes before, 1 of them had half of a top bun. Not one customer in the whole restaurant and tables still dirty and drink station was a mess. This used to be a good McDonald's but it has become terrible. Will not go back to this location ever again.
The employees are fantastic. Always very polite and happy to serve you. Inside and outside and both of the outside locations to eat are always very well kept.
