Just got two McFlurry Smores on DriveThrough, the meal I buy from McDonald’s almost every other day. My daughter and I were very much disappointed when got just two white ice creams slightly sprinkled by S’mores. $11 is not a fair price for plain ice creams. Please comply with the established recipes of your meals. I tried S’mores in many other places and never was disappointed so much as in this location today

The service acted like they did not want to be there. But I don't blame her it is 105 degrees out side and didn't even feel like the air conditioner wasn't even on.

Waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order and that was after I had to call the employee. It was not busy at all and I counted at least 5 to 6 people working...

No one understands how hard it is to work in the fast food industry. Everyone is only one person they can’t do things all at once, if there is a mess they will get to it, if icecream is melting that’s on you for not grabbing it, if the drive through takes long that’s on yall for ordering so much, they are very nice there and they try there best so don’t leave bad reviews if you never experienced fast food. Every person that works there greets you and sometimes has conversations maybe the problem is the customers. If they mess up grow up people make mistakes it happens no one’s perfect. The machine is probably down for a reason for the ice cream if you don’t like it go get some ice cream from somewhere else. I am a customer myself but I have worked in fast food myself it is not easy.

Hottest freshest fries I’ve had in a while. They gave me 12 napkins for one large fry. The kid offered me a receipt for my free fry from the app. 10 out of 10.

You’ll wait at least 10 minutes for the drive thru. It’s happened to me multiple times. So much for fast food lol
Watched dude at the window, took a sweet tea that was already in a cup, and dumped into a cup with ice and handed it to me. The cup he poured from no clue how long it sat there and it was not covered. That's disgusting. Kid didn't say two words to me, and I was very polite. Said hi how yours night, glared at me and took my money an almost forgot to give me change. If you don't wanna work in food service, don't. If someone is being polite, don't be rude. I usually tip the window people, not that guy.

Got big breakfast with hotcakes and steak. Also ordered a southern sweet tea. The syrup and butter is in the bag, but the hotcakes are missing, so is the tea.

I am pissed, I spent $96 and they didn't even put a burger on the big mac! They also forgot the sauces and my water bottle. I used Uber Eats. Never going back to this mcdonald's again! Gonna use the hatbro location for now on! How do u mess up that bad?
